Welcome to the first edition of the NU Classic Masters Tournament! Players will compete in a best-of-three Pokémon game in SS / SM / ORAS NU Format! The more wins you get the more you proceed in further rounds. Luckily, this tournament is a double elimination tournament, if "rng" is the reason you're knocked out one time in the tournament. This is the first tournament of the 2026 NU Classic Circuit - the top 16 players that generate the most points will be placed in a single-elimination tournament at the end of the year. The winner at the end of the year will receive a Custom Avatar and be granted the title of "NU Classic Champion".
Players will be picked randomly against one another for as many rounds as it takes to find one final champion. While posting replays will not be mandatory until Round 2 of the tournament, it is encouraged to save them in case of any disputes!

Tournament Specific Rules
- This is a standard SS / SM / ORAS NU tournament.
- The tournament will be double elimination.
- Players will play a best of three series of games each round
- Matches are to be played on Pokemon Showdown!. If you can't agree on which server to play on, the Smogtours server is the default option.
