To Advance, your team must win 2 of the 3 matches. The third match is not required if your team has already lost, but can be done out of respect or for fun.
I’ve noticed that people have some that are dropping out, please PM me and the team members if interested in the spots. You must not have participated in the tournament thus far.

DQs were made at the discretion of multiple users due to inactivity, or statements received saying they no longer wish or cannot participate.

Oof, this will be interesting. Quick question: Do we use the current UU list or the one that was being used when the tournament started, since there have been changes to the tier list since then?
 
good question. We'll use the one in use before, so we don't have to switch teams from the beginning.
 
Ok. For reference, Weezing, Venusaur, Miltank, Shedinja, Articuno and Aerodactyl are the Pokemon that are now UU but weren't at the start of the tournament.
 
Why did I have to get matched up with Mag of all people lol =P

I see him quite often on another forums so hopefully it wouldn't be too hard to set up a time.

Actually this means I'll be switching back.

Perhaps if both opponents agree to a system? That's what happened in my last match at any rate.

If all of the UU playeres, or at least most come to a consensus, we'll probably stick with one idea.
 
predicting pouwer boys to lose as gouki is large and also predicting bk and shiv to win again while i dont battle and then lose to mystica.


ALSO commenting that curt vs ipl is huge

EDIT: On the UU tier list thing, since Venom and I switched I probably don't have a say, but if i did, I would like to suggest we just keep the old one. Just keep the tourney parallel throughout?

Doesn't make much sense sticking with the old tier list as it makes players that might want to change, have already changed or want to test new teams unable to do so.

But either way, as Gaborik said, Smogon has moved on to it so I don't see why the tourney should use the old format.

I don't like the new tier list and would prefer the old one as well, but if Smogon has moved on to that new list officially shouldn't we also follow with it as this is a new round? I'm just throwing that out, though I personally support the old one still

EDIT: Well now that the smogon tour this weekend isn't going forward with the articuno/weezing/venusaur/etc etc added to UU tier I don't think we should either
