Play Rough hits Dragon-types like Giratina and Palkia-O hard. Trailblaze boosting Ogerpon-H's Speed allows it to outpace most of the metagame, notably Zacian, Mewtwo, Deoxys, and Arceus formes. Tera Fire boosts Ogerpon-H's damage meteorically, allowing it to OHKO Pokemon like Zacian, Landorus, and Palkia-O. Ogerpon-H can have issues breaking through Pokemon like bulky Arceus formes and Giratina without Terastalizing, as they can shrug off its coverage moves, so Pokemon that can break through these threats like Palkia-O, Zacian, and Ice Beam Mewtwo are excellent partners. Ogerpon-H's wallbreaking prowess makes it an excellent partner to late-game cleaners like Zacian, Chi-Yu, and Kyurem-W, which appreciate it beating Pokemon like Dondozo, Solgaleo, and Magearna that could otherwise stop their sweep. Ogerpon-H's also cannot hold Heavy-Duty Boots, as it is locked into using Hearthflame Mask, so hazard control from Great Tusk and Giratina is appreciated.

Horn Leech’s healing effect can offset chip from entry hazards, making it a solid alternative. Play Rough gives Ogerpon-H a way to deal massive damage against hits Dragon-types Pokemon like Giratina and Palkia-O. hard. Tera Fire boosts Ogerpon’s damage meteorically, vastly increases the damage output of Ogerpon-H, allowing it to OHKO Pokemon like such as ("like" is a good word but I don't want it to be overused) Zacian, Landorus, and Palkia-O. Trailblaze gives Ogerpon-H a way to boost its Speed stat, so that it can boosting Ogerpon’s speed allows it to outspeed most of the metagame, notably outspeeding Zacian, Mewtwo, Deoxys, and all Arceus Formes. Ogerpon can have issues breaking through Pokemon like bulky Arceus formes (not sure if this is stepping out of GP territory, but don't you think you should mention specific Arceus formes?) and Giratina without Tera, as it can still take two or three hits from Play Rough without fainting, they can shrug off its coverage, so Pokemon who can break through these threats like such as Palkia-O, Zacian, and Ice Beam Mewtwo are excellent partners. Since Ogerpon-H is an excellent wallbreaker, Ogerpon’s wallbreaking prowess makes it an excellent partner to late game cleaners like Zacian, Chi-Yu, and Kyurem-W, who appreciate its ability to wear down Ogerpon-H beating Pokemon such as like Dondozo, Solgaleo, and Magearna, who can prevent sweeps from Zacian, Chi-Yu, and Kyurem-W. could otherwise stop their sweep. Ogerpon also cannot hold Heavy-Duty Boots, as it is locked into the Hearthflame Mask, (hopefully this doesn't enter QC territory, but this is dex info) so hazard control from Great Tusk and Giratina is appreciated.
