For this round you may choose any Egg Group you have not used in an earlier round. If you progressed without battling using a type you received that still counts as a group used. If you have forgotten what you used you can PM me but they're in the threads and your PM inbox anyway.
Use Serebii or Veekun to work out what you're allowed to use.
The same rules apply from previous rounds about which Pokemon/moves you're allowed to use and which tiers they may come from.
You are not required to send me your team for approval but save logs for disputes like in previous rounds.
