So I figured since my DS doesn't support Wi-Fi (I am getting a 3DS soon) I might as well post my NU team and see if it is any good. Please note that I don't really EV train my Pokemon and I don't look up any sets so I may or may not run a stranded set. I will list my recommended stats but my team is more mixed EV's. I'll just list the Pokemon then go into leads and the core.
Gigalith/Adamant/Sturdy/Sitrus Berry. 252 attack/252 HP/ 4 Speed
Stone Edge/Earthquake/Iron Defense/Stealth Rock.
Slaking/Hasty/Truant/Expert Belt 252 Attack/252 Speed/ 4 HP
Giga Impact/Earthquake/Shadow Claw/ Slack Off.
Braviary/Bashful/Keen Eye/Sharp Beak 252 attack/ 252 speed/ 4 sp defense
Brave Bird/Crush Claw/Tailwind/ Defog
Glaceon/Modest/Snow Cloak/NeverMeltIce 252 Sp attack/ 252 Speed/ 4 Sp defense
Ice Beam/Shadowball/Blizzard/Magic Coat
Rampardos/Relaxed/Mold Breaker/Rock Gem 252 attack/ 200 defense/ 56 speed
Head Smash/Zen Headbutt/Earthquake/Stone Edge
Shuckle/Modest/ Study/Rocky Helmet 252 defense/ 252 SP defense/ 4 HP
Toxic/Protect/Rest/Flash
Ok break down time.
Gigalith is one of the two possible leads (the other being Braviary)
With study, he can get up stealth rocks up without fear of being OHKO. With his high attack stat you can also deal heavy damage if you are given the chance. Braviary is the other lead. With Tailwind to increase speed and defog in case of screens with Brave Bird and Crush Claw for STAB attacks. Shuckle is the main defensive Pokemon. There is really no need to explain just toxic/protect stall, rest for HP recovery and flash as a filler move. I chose Rocky Helmet over Leftovers because I have rest and the added damage can rack up. Now let's move into the offensive core. Slaking can deal massive damage with Giga Impact. STAB, 150 base power and with his ability Truant, there is no negative effect for Giga Impact. Glaceon for his incredible SP attack. He'll wreck if you get him a chance and Rampardos for a hard rock hitter.
Please let me know how this team turns out and what you think of it.
Cheers,
