5th Gen Revision (Offensive OU)

Intro:
Ok, so this team is basically my old 4th gen team revised to use some of the 5th gen tactics. What you should know, is I don't enjoy using Entry Hazards, for two reasons:
1) I just dont like them
2) When entry hazards are being set up by my opponent, I like to use that time to set up other strategies, or attack, opposed to setting up my own Rocks or Spikes.
So please do not suggest them. If you really feel like SR or Spike could help me, do not suggest them on my lead.

Weavile @ Normal Gem
Wicked Thief
Jolly
EV's: 255 Atk / 255 Spd
Moves:

- Fake Out
- Ice Punch
- Brick Break
- Taunt

Ok, so its a basic Fake Out lead, though it get's the added ability of Wicked Thief, which gives it a chance of stealing the opponents item when I hit it. So I attack with Fake Out, get the boost from Normal Gem, Gem breaks, and every so often I steal their item. After I use Fake Out, I use Taunt if i feel their going to set something up, and attack with Brick Break or Ice Punch.
I like Ice Punch for its power, but I have had a few run in's with pokemon who are faster, and I've been thinking about switching it to Ice Shard

Mamoswine @ Life Orb
Oblivious
Adamant
EV's: 252 Hp / 252 Atk
Moves:

- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Superpower
- Stone Edge

Ok, so I initially put this thing on my team as a dragon killer, but it has proven its self useful in so many more situations. This thing's monsterous attack can take care of almost anything it's effective against. I usually save it until I feel there isn't a threat of a dragon though.

Ciccino @ Choice Scarf
Skill Link
Adamant
EV's: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Attack:

- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast
- Sweep Slap
- U-Turn

So this thing is a beast as well. With its attack just hitting over 300, and Skill Link maximizing the potential of all of its moves, it can take care of just about anything it's effective against. Though I've noticed it ends up becoming a Revenge Killer more than it Sweeps. Although I can get a small sweep going on some occasions. Depends which move I started out with. The Scarf makes sure it can out run most of the things I send it in against.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Serene Grace
Timid
EV's: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd
Moves:

-Calm Mind
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
- Grass Knot

My Gyarados counter. Back in 4th gen, Gyarados was one of my biggest threats, so I added Jirachi to take Care of it. Calm Mind is mostly on there so I can set up on pokemon that are not Gyarados.

330.png

Flygon @ Choice Band
Levitate
Jolly
EV's: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Moves:

- U-Turn
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

My scouter. I usually send Flygon out when I dont have anything specific to counter, or when I feel I can use U-turn. If im not using U-turn,Im probably using outrage to get as many KO's as I can.

Volcarona @ Life Orb
Swarm
Timid
EV's: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd
Moves:

-Quiver Dance
- Flame Dance
- Bug Buzz
- HP (Ground)

My Mothra. I use this thing to sweep late game, when its safe to set up Quiver Dance and all other threats are gone. I don't have much to say on this one, just a basic Mothra.

Summary:

This team isn't the greatest, and I tend to come across a lot of problems using it. But it can be very powerful at times too. I guess its just situational.

Nice team. First things first, it seems that you would be able to take down stalls/walls fairly easily. HOWEVER, if you were to walk across an offensive oriented team, you wouldn't survive very long. For one thing, your two (in my opinion) strongest guys face serious problems from hazards: mamo and volca. Secondly, you dont have anything on the defensive side, nor do u have a hazer/pseudo hazer. IMO I'd replace either Cinc or Flygon for something bulky. I would suggest this, but that's just me:

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Iron Barbs
4 Hp, 252 Def, 252 SpD
Sassy
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball
-Explosion
-Spikes

I know you'd jump on the spikies but its simple and u could use him as a d wall and set up leech/spikes while you wall. Believe me, when he walls, hes tough to take down, and the spikes would REALLY hellp you. everyone would kill/sweep a lot easier.

Anyways justsome suggestions. The team's nice, but u really would need some form a wall and hazard set-up
