Not A Bug 60bp Tera buff doesn't apply after other modifiers

helping hand + tera bug

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes.

Go to calc.pokemon.com

Select a non-fairy pokemon

Pick moves as:
draining kiss BP 60
draining kiss BP 50

Click Tera option and notice the attacks deal the same damage. Great. This is intended.

Now, click the “helping hand” option.
THE DAMAGES ARE DIFFERENT

helping hand seems to apply BEFORE the Tera boost, nerfing it in low bp move cases

THIS MIGHT GO ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP AKA CARTRIDGE

For future reference, damage calc issues have a dedicated thread.

However, the damage calc is correct here. The buff to 60bp happens after all other modifiers that affect BP are applied.
