Down to the stats of my team that was won for me several times.

dpmfb130.png

Gyrados @ Focus Sash
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Intimidate
EV's: 252 Attack, 206 Speed, 52 HP

Waterfall
Ice Fang
Dragon Dance
Earthquake

Yes, Focus Sash on a Gyardos, no I will not take it off. This lead has done so much for me, I am very reluctant to change it or its item. Pretty much what happens, is I do one Dragon Dance with the safety of the Focus Sash on him, and then I can blast away with physical attacks utilizing the high power thanks to the Dragon Dance.

dpmfa445.png

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Sand Veil
EV's: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP

Outrage
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Fang

Normally for late game, when things go wrong though, this guy is pretty dependable. He sweeps most things, not much outruns him with the 454 Speed thanks to the Choice Scarf. Good type coverage.

dpmfb245.png

Suicune @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Special Attack

Rest
Sleep Talk
Surf
Ice Beam

Great restalker, stalls for me a lot. Not CroCune, I feel as if I need Ice Beam for many of those threats out there. Works quite well.

dpmfsa094.png

Gengar @ Life Orb
Nature: Timid
Ability: Levitate
EV's: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP

Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power (ICE)

My safe switch in to incoming Blissey Seismic Tosses, and Ground moves alike. Pretty much covers a lot of things and with 350 Speed, outrun's quite a lot. The only thing that I could bitch about is the accuracy of Focus Blast.

dpmfa437.png

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
Ability: Levitate
EV's: 252 HP, 152 Attack, 8 Defense, 98 Special Defense

Hypnosis
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Gyro Ball

Gyro Ball's damage to the max. Sets up Stealth Rock, and stalls a good amount. Hypnosis is my love. Earthquake over Explosion. I feel as if Earthquake has better type coverage and helps me more than blowing myself up.

dpmfb473.png

Mamoswine @ Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Snow Cloak
EV's: 252 Attack, 118 HP, 140 Speed

Ice Shard
Ice Fang
Earthquake
Stone Edge

Can you say 591 Attack? Well that's what this Banded Mamoswine hits. Sure the speed is an issue, but it's bulky enough with it's 390 HP to take some hits. I had been looking a long time for a good 6th pokemon that would work well, trying things varing from Blisseys, to Jolteons, to Cresselias, to Metagrosses and ended with this Beast. IMO, works quite well with my team.

Threat List

Let's see here...

dpiconani460.gif
Abomasnow - This bastard really screws me up on several occasions. I basically have to hit him hard, I don't have a set counter for this guy.

dpiconani448.gif
Lucario - He can take on a lot of team with sucess, mainly the Special Attack version. The physical version can do some damage too though. Garchomp can deal with him though, and in worst case scenario, Mamoswine.

dpiconani286.gif
Breloom - Can, once again, mess with my team to some extent. I rely on Garchomp or Mamoswine once again.

dpiconani379.gif
Registeel - As uncommon as he is, when I've played against him, he's done some pretty hard damage to my team. Yes, yes, Garchomp is the counter here too.

dpiconani437.gif
Bronzong - Don't have a lot of counters for him, and I pretty much have to wait for him to explode or something.

dpiconani227.gif
Skarmory - Easier to deal with than Bronzong, still, a matter of not having a lot of counters for him.

Help on the threat list is also appreciated.

I don't like the fact that your team could actually get swept by Wobbuffet, don't you think there's too many Choice users? I'd personally replace Mamoswine for like Celebi, who can help with some of your threats such as Leech Seeding Registeel without having to worry about getting fucked up switching in, stalling out Bronzong and forcing it to switch, makes SpecLucario users have to predict more since they can't randomly spam Aura Sphere as much and is a definite counter to Breloom.

P.S. What good does having a Focus Sash starting Gyarados do? You just lose to Bronzong, Scarf Gengars, and not prefered to take on Salamence thanks to Intimidate.
P.P.S. Gengar is a horrible switch in into Seismic Toss Blissey because most of those usually have Thunder Wave accompanied with it.
P.P.P.S. Forretress isn't a bad replacement over Bronzong, who can Toxic Spikes which can help with opposing Garchomps and Mamoswine and Rapid Spin so Gyarados freely switches into those to help out as well. (This is on the premise you switch to a bulky and Leftovers holding Gyarados not as a starter.)
P.P.P.P.S. Just go with the usual Bronzong starter.

Gyrados works fine against Salamence. Usually OHKO with Ice Fang, I Dragon Dance anyways which Negates his Intimidate, keeping my Gyrados at 388 Attack,
Sash Gyrados doesn't lose to Zong.

I'll have to check out Celebi.
Gengar does get screwed by Blissey however when it comes to ThunderWave.

Wobuffet cannot sweep my team, at most he takes out one of my pokemon, not a big deal. Not worried about him.
Only 2 Choice Item users, they both make the most of the boost.

Fire Blast misses too much, Fire Fang gives Flinch Rate and utilizes the Attack power.

Gyrados and Bronzong will remain giving no room for a Fortress. They are far to counterable IMO.

Wacan Berry > Focus Sash on Gyara. The only moves that are likely to OHKO it and activate Sash are Stone Edge and Thunderbolt. There are few stone edgers that will switch into Gyara and those who start are intimidated so won't OHKO.

Wacan on the other hand, makes you survive Thunderbolts from Starmie and Gengar with more HP left, allowing you get another DD in against the likes of Vaporeon and Starmie or to get the jump on Gengar.

since you dont have a very reliable counter to skarmory, you might want to try using flamethrower over fire fang. dont use fire blast, though, as it is still a 2HKO.

I'm sorry, I cannot replace the Focus Sash, it has just let me survive so much, another example is those pesky stat boosted moves that are possible OHKO's.

Are there any other suggestions?

Are you serious?

Salamence will use Draco Meteor, bringing you down to shit health. After it sees FS, it's scared of SE rather than IF and switches out to to something else, and you die next turn. Hell they wouldn't even mind going to Tar/Hippo cause they know WF won't be coming up against a Salamence.

And Gyarados DOES lose to Bronzong without Taunt, it'll just sleep you. You plan on sweeping while you're asleep? Or Hidden Power Electric will 2HKO while Gyarados has to DD up already and only -might- 2HKO after that. It's not winning.

Wobbuffet easily Encores Gyarados if it's out one on one, if you DD, it goes to a sweeper and you lose. If you attack, it Counters the next turn and that's dead. Out come somethin else next, it'll just switch out, come back in later when you kill something, or it just comes in on Suicune can wins. After anything else kills something, Wobbu gets a free kill. The sad part is that it's bulky enough to do all of this.

If you don't like the advice, ignore it, don't make ignorant comments to retaliate.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean for it to be ignorant sounding, I guess there was a misconseption. If so, what would you give as advice to change for my Gyrados so it won't get fucked over as you've illustrated in the above post.

---After much maligned thought, I have decided to change the Sash on Gyrados as you all have recommended several billions of times, on all my RMT's.
