After handly beating Team Rocket at Slowpoke's Well, your were riding a wave of euphoria. Bugsy couldn't stop you (why doesn't a bug master have a Scizor?) Even Whitney's Feared Miltank couldn't hold you back (considering almost everyone used a Geodude!) Voltorb flip and Pokeathalon? Piece of Cake. Morty's Gengar? No Sweat. However, after visiting the remains of the Burned Tower, you found 3 Legendary Pokemon standing in the basement. (How had no one seen them yet?) One of them stopped to look at you for a bit before running off. This caught the eye of Mysterman _________. "How Dare Suiciune Pay attention to you and not me! I've Been looking for it for years!" Shrugging him off, you continue on your journey.
However, your trip to Olivine was not so Lucky. The Gym leader was caring for an Ampharos, and was not able to battle you. As such, you had to go to Cianwood City to get SecretMedicine. (Don't tell!) However, you saw something that caught your eye! As you head north to the edge of the City, you see Suicune again! As it runs across the Ocean back to Olivine and beyond, Mysterman _________ comes to see Suicune, only to barely miss it. Sensing you have a bond with it, he challenges you to a match for Suicune's Honour, although Suicune doesn't seem to care.....

1. Due to the complicated nature of this Tournament, there will only be 64 participants. This will fill up quickly, so PLEASE only join if you are able and willing to meet very stringent deadlines. Substitutes will only be taken in the first round. Round one will be posted March 14th.
2. Each round will be placed at a different part of the game Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver Version. There will be restrictions in level, Pokemon availability, TM availability, and item availability. These will be dependent on where you are in the game. As the rounds go on, more things will obviously open up.
This is the example format for rounds.
3. All participants must submit their team each round. These teams will be forwarded to RBG. This is in order to ensure that your team is in compliance with the restrictions of the round.
4. Only ONE Starter Pokemon may be used on any team, as well, this Starter Pokemon will be the only one you may use for the entirety of the tournament.

Chikorita
Bayleef
Meganium
Cyndaquil
Quilava
Typhlosion
Totodile
Croconaw
Feraligatr
5. Species Clause, Sleep Clause, Evasion Clause, OHKO Clause, and Self KO clause are in effect
6. Regardless of whether or not you have access to them in game, this tournament will not allow any Pokmeon in the Uber tier.
7. There is no rule against scouting, however if you are in the tournament and you spectate a match that a participant asks you to leave in you may be disqualified.
8. All logs are to be sent to me for team verification and to eliminate the possibility of cheating.
9. Battles will be played on the Smogon University Server on Shoddybattle.
