Hello,Alex here to present you my last Mega Scizor Balanced Team.First of all,sorry if there are any grammar mistakes, english is not my first language,but I'll try my best^^

Scizor @ Scizorite
Ability: Light Metal
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 20 Atk/248 HP/116 Def/100 Sp Def/24 Spd
Moves: Bullet Punch/Knock Off/Swords Dance/Roost
Mega Scizor is the reason this team was made.He is my main(more like only) sweeper in my team and also my usual win condition.He has the ability to set up on half of the metagame due to his typing and defenses,which makes him a monster if you don't have fire or a very powerfull mon capable of 2HKOing it.
The EVs I use are to take hits from Landorus-T,Greninja,Aegislash,Excadrill,Garchomp,non CB Azumarill,etc. I run 24 EVs in speed to outspeed defensive Heatran(Just to be safe,I put 24 instead of 20).It really helps because if I can get up a +2, and Heatran is around 60%, I can kill it with Knock Off and also being faster than other Scizors in SD wars really helps.The pre-MegaEvo ability is near useless in OU,but at least has more uses than the other 2.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/252 Sp Def/8 spd
Moves: Lava Plume/Stealth Rock/Toxic/Roar
Heatran is a very good partner with Mega Scizor since he profits from fire type attacks.Also Heatran is my Stealth Rocker&Phazer.I wish I could have Protect to scout mons like Chomp and stall the Toxic turns a bit more or even Earth Power to deal with opposing Heatrans but I think that for this team Roar+Toxic is better since it allows me to phaze out set out sweepers and make Rocks even more deathly.Also Toxic is very important since it's the only way I can deal with Stockpile Quagsire(actually Landorus can deal with it at +1 Sp Def,but it's still a pain if I don't know that is the Stockpile variant).Heatran is my main answer to Scizors,Ferrothorns and Aegislashes and prevents CM Clefable from setting up giving me another opportunity to set up a SD with Scizor and kill it later.

Rotom-W @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spd
Moves: Hydro Pump/Volt Switch/WoW/Pain Split
Rotom-W is a fantastic pivot.The ability to burn things is just awesome.He is my main answer to flying spam.44 Spd EVs are to outspeed the uncommon Jolly BD Azumarill and Volt Switch out,rest in physicall bulk.When I see the flying spam core of M-Pinsir+Talonflame I use Rotom to stop M-Pinsir,and Heatran to stop Talonflame.This way M-Pinsir doesn't sweep me.Also Rotom like to switch in into earth/water type attacks that Heatran and Mega Scizor dislike to do.

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability:Huge Power
Nature:Adamant
EVs:152 HP/252 Atk/100 Spd
Moves:Play Rough/Waterfall/Aqua Jet/Superpower
Azumarill is a fantastic pokemon with a great typing which allows me to switch into things like Greninja and Keldeo(although it dislikes switching into a Scald).If I predict well,I usually kill something every time I click a move unless the opponent has Mega Venusaur,Skarmory or even Mega Scizor in which case I would double switch to a mon that could take on one of those.Priority is really apreciated and CB Aqua Jet does a lot.For example:
252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Azumarill Aqua Jet vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 180-213 (68.7 - 81.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery
100 speed EVs are to outspeed some Ttars,Chanseys,Sylveons,some M-Mawiles and some Azumarills.

Landorus @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Nature: Naive
EVs:252 Sp Atk/252 Spd/4 Atk
Moves: Earth Power/Focus
Meet the best Wallbreaker in OU.Mixed Landorus is just a pain to deal with for all the teams.Pokemons that "check" Landorus such us Latios and Chansey get murderd by LO Knock Off.(Latios gets savely OHKOed by Knock Off after rocks and Chansey dies to Knock Off(on the switch)+2 Focus Blast and the best thing it can do is pray to a miss on one of those 2 Focus Blasts).It really helps vs Stall teams and Bulky Offense teams and the 2 key inmunities to Ground and Electric+resisting Fighting makes him a great partner of Mega Scizor and Heatran.

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability:Levitate
Nature:Timid
EVs:252 Sp Atk/252 Spd/4 Sp Def
Moves:Draco Meteor/Psychock/Thunderbolt/Defog
Latios is my offensive defoger.110 speed is very nice and outspeeds every dragon in OU(unboosted or non-scarfers).LO Draco Meteor hits like a truck.Psychock to hit special walls and all that boring stuff you already know.I run Thunderbolt mainly for Azumarill(also it helps with Mega Pinsir and bulky waters)but I'll maybe change it due to the increase of the use of AV Azumarill.We'll see.Other options would be HP fire,Eartquake,Surf,Roost or even Healling Wish Latias.What do you think?
Threats:
-Rotom-W:Rotom is a pain to deal with.I do have Latios for it,but thats it.My own Rotom can weakend it to the point where Lando finishes him.Also Landorus can kill it if I predict well.
-Terrakion:Terrakion can spam Stone Edge freely as I do no have any resistence to rock in my team.Same with Tyranitar,but it is slower and easier to kill.
-Mega Manectric/Zapdos/Thundurus:The combination of Fire+Electric+Ice/Fighting is a pain to my team.I must keep my Heatran alive in order to wall thoose mons(or Mega Scizor to take on Thundurus).
-SR LO Excadrill/Scarfdrill:For the Sand Rush LO Exca I do have Rotom which can take stop it,but Scarfdrill is a pain.The best I can do is Knock Off with Scizor or Aqua Jet with Azumarill.Mega Scizor takes like 40% from normal EQ and 50% more or less from an Adamant LO Earthquake,so "it can take on it"
-Mega Gyarados:I 100% must have my Azumarill healthy if I want to win the match.Rotom can take an unboosted EQ and burn it,but it's not the best idea since it takes 70%.Also Latios can Tbolt and it does 65%.If it's weakend,Mega Scizor sets up on it,but it is so hard to beat it.
-Rain Teams:Rain teams are also a pain.I usually use the core of Latios/Rotom-W/Azumarill to weakend them and finally sweep with Scizor,but Specs Hydropump/Draco Meteor in Rain outspeeding everything fucks everything on my team(this is where I have to predict/overpredict)
