a balanced ubers team

I like the ubers tier it is fun yet hardcore. i made many ubers team before but for the past 2 weeks i have been using this team. this team is alright that is why i wanted to post this team on smoogon to make my team better with the help of the community.
Genesect @ Choice Scarf

so when i thought of this team i know i wanted a Genesect i tired rock polish and shift gear variants but then my team did not have a scarfer. so Genesect is my scarfer and my physical attacker. u-turn is a way to get Genesect out of a bad situation. i use iron head for Kyurem W and ice beam for rayquzza. my last move can either be exoplsion or extreme speed. personal exoplsion is more useful on this set. but extreme speed is viable too.

so then i decided to go with a weather rain off course since it very easy to use. so my stab move is either surf or scald. Scald is way to get burn on the target on times which can be helpful. But surf has more base power. Ice Beam is a good move for coverage. I use rest to recover hp. this set needed one more move t-wave sounded like a good filer move. I use lum Berry so i can bluff the scarf

So then i though of a poke to abuse the rain with a good move pull.Palkia felt right since it is a huge threat under rain. my item is lustrous orb as a way to boost my stab moves even more. Surf is water stab move and special rend is my dragon stab move. fire Blast is a way to get rid of the obvious ferrathorns in ubers. thunder is just a move to round up my coverage so nothing in uber meta can take my hits well outside of chansey and Arcues grass
Lugia @ Leftovers

Calm Nature

My next poke i thought should be something that has amazing defenses on both sides defense Lugia seemed to fit role perfectly. it has amzing defenses and decent typing. so i went with the ablity mutliscale as a way to take hits better. i use ice beam as an attacking move since ice has good coverage especially is ubers. i use toxic to stall. I use roost to regain my hp. i use whrillwind to phaze out threats or take advantage of my hazards.
Chansey (F) @ Eviolite

So I had to think what poke would fit better chansey or Arcues Grass. So i gave both a try and decided chansey. having access to heal bell to heal my team off status. toxic to poison non steal type threats (specially special attackers) i use wish since chansey has the hugest hp stat in the game and can heal my sweepers back to full heal easily. i use protect so i can get the wish off for chansey.
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip
- Leech Seed
so i looked at physical walls like skarm ferro and foretress. I thought which one off these would suit my team best. i decided ferro so i do not as big as an electric weakness. i use both hazards to support my team. i use leech seed as a way to regain health and power whip as a stab move to hit pokes for damage.

Conclusion
The team here has a lot off room for improvement. If you would rate my team that would be nice. i look forward to all feedback and put all of the suggestions in to consideration Thanks again for reading my Ubers team :)

Despite the fact that your pokemons have great synergy together, the team has a major weakness: the control of entry hazards. Ferrothorn can set up both SR and Spikes, only for being spinned afterwards by opposing Tentacruel/Forry, as you lack a spinblocker. Moreover, your opponents can easily find free turns to set up spikes (you currently have three spikes-bait in Ferrothorn, Lugia and Chansey). Something like Giratina-O or Arceus-Ghost with Magic Coat will help your team a lot, but i don't really know who to replace.

You have to change Chansey's nature and Evs. Using a positive nature on its best stats (spdef) gives better overall defenses. If you use bold, give her 252evs in defense, otherwise it's always better to use calm. Normally in Ubers i would max spdef on chansey, with a spread of 252def/252spdef/4spe, but since you already have switch-ins to SpecsOgre and SpecsReshiram, running bold isn't that bad of an idea.

Lugia's evs look strange too. First of all, give him 248 hp, to reduce damage from SR and sandstorm. Secondly, Lugia's duty in Uber is to wall physical attackers; with a physically defensive spread you can still beat Shaymin-S/most Dialga/some Palkia; Darkrai and Arceus-Ghost will beat you regardless of your evs. if you don't max your defense, Rayquaza, Rock Polish Groudon, Extremekiller can have a chance to break through.

I suggest running either 252hp/252Def/4spdef on Kyogre, with a moveset of rest/sleep talk/scald/roar, or 252hp/252spatk/4spe with a moveset of scald(surf)/ice beam/thunder/thunder wave. The former gives the team a status absorber, while the latter is a very good paralysis spreader, as ground-types will never switch into Kyogre.
