Pending A clientside command to hide all incoming lobby messages for the current session, OR ability to open a DM it were a chatroom

Back when /makegroupchat was still allowed by regular users, I liked to use it to have an empty chatroom on the side and it would stay open on the right while the teambuilder would be open on the left. This way I could browse through Pokemon in the teambuilder and tweak their sets while using chat commands at the same time.

Now the only way to do this is to be in a regular chatroom and use the commands there, but for me it's annoying when other people are chatting at the same time. Lately I've been joining the least populated servers but there's still the occasional message that goes through.

I know I can DM myself, but the DM window isn't open on the same tab as the teambuilder. So you have to tab back and forth, which is annoying, and not only that but the DM window is tiny and can't be made bigger. Not very useful for like, /ds [parameter], all in that tiny window.

I would like to request a clientside command or setting that just mutes everyone in the chatroom, like /deafenself or something. Maybe it would need to have @s to you go through, or some way to notify the user people are trying to @ them.

Alternatively have a way to open a DM as if it were a channel, so you could DM yourself and then open it as if it were a chatroom. I would guess this is harder than the other option but I know nothing about coding.

or bring back /makegroupchat for single users only...? ;_;
