Roserade @ Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Ability: Poison Point ( I know, rookie mistake )
EVs: 252 SPatk/252Speed/4HP
-Sludge Bomb ( Or energy ball? )
-Leech Seed
-Substitute
-Sleed Powder ( Or stun spore? )
Ok, so roserade is pretty simple. I understand it may not be in OU tier but the majority of my team is, so I rounded. I feel like roserade made a pretty good lead for my team, im a little iffy on the sludge bomb or energy ball due to my teams weakness to bulky waters :z. As far as sleep powder/ stun spore is concerned, im not sure the accuracy on stun spore but sleed powder is a risky throw at 75%. Im not sure which move to use first as the most effective though whether I seed first turn or substitue or sleep.( Probably not substitute. ) However a good sub seeder to help wait things out, leftovers helps recover the substitute damage along side leech seed. With decent prediction the powders can be used to cripple on switch ins as well. Anyways, MOVING ON.

Metagross @ lum Berry
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252Attack/140HP/124Speed
-Meteor Mash
-Agility
-Earthquake
-Explosion!
Well, my favorite pokemon to this day is metagross! I've always wanted something on my team to run explosion or self destruct, as a cool bailout or last resort. Metagross performs the wonderful job of coming out at the perfect time, setting up an agility and going to town until either his health is getting low or the opponent is at a last pokemon to throw out explosion. Meteor Mash and EQ give good stab moves, however im not so sure about earthquake. it provides good coverage for those pesky fire types but half my team ( if not more ) runs an earthquake and I would like your opinions ^^. The lum berry obviously weakens the fire blast and or flamethrower im bound to run into sooner or later.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252HP/60SPatk/196Def
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
Swampert is an awesome pokemon in my opinion, makes a great switch in on thunderbolt because of its typing ( thank god for no grass punch ) Now I am shaping it into a defensive pokemon that can take blows like a champ with its great health and above average defense. There is that earthquake again, getting in my head. The accuracy for stealth rock worries me, anything plausible to replace it with since I run it on another pokemon in my team already? The accuracy frightens me along with its terrible PP. I had thought about making a cursing swampert, but I honestly have no clue where to begin with making that thing as far as breeding. Plus he makes an excellent ally with my skarmory.

Gengar @ ???
Nature: Rash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252SPatk/252Speed/4HP
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
-Shadow Ball
-Destiny Bond
This gengar, is most definitely nothing but a sweeper. It's somewhat of a counter for bulky waters that come my way as well as pesky flying types like skarmory! Focus blast rids me of dark types ( if it lands ) as well as shadow ball giving a solid stab boosted psychic counter. Destiny Bond is for when I feel like im outmatched, I can at least take him down with me, rite? I have no idea what to give him as an item, all i could think of was a spooky plate...and I know thats not the best choice. A choice band maybe, who knows? Gengar's stark special attack and speed provide for a great sweeping threat, thunderbolt might even 2HKO many bulky waters, maybe?

Skarmory @Shell Bell
Nature: Impish
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252HP/192Def/64Atk
-Spikes
-Aerial Ace ( Or Drill Peck? )
-Rest
-Roar
Now this is horribly common, but its so much fun. Skarmory has such a beasty defense combined with high HP make it a giant road block for some teams. The question being, how well does it fit into my team? It's job is to spike the field, rest up ( if needed ) and then roar when appropriate and interchange with drill peck or AA. If I feel a fireblast coming I could switch out for swampert, and if I feel a grass knot or leaf blade coming, switch out to skarm.

Tyranitar @ Chople Berry
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252Atk/252speed/4HP
-Earthquake
-Brick Break
-Dragon Dance
-Stone Edge
Yayyyy Tyranitar! First pokemon I trained to 100 and EV trained, but none of you care. So, a pretty effective sweeper here as I switch in on something like psychic and set up a DD or two. I honestly dont know why I run brick break here, all of the things it hurts is not very effective to him in the first place. Maybe its just a good backup..replacement suggestions would be nice. I generally wouldnt use him in the beginning of the battle because sand stream hurts half of my team, but is workable. The stone edge is good for stab, high crit and takes care of those pesky flyers and fires and ect..EQ is solid, takes care of a large array of types but is still a bit overused on my team.
Note: This team will be used competitively when perfected, I know how to play I battle wifi randomly as well as with friends for fun. I know i'm no pokemon master but if you cant have fun, whats the point rite? I crave all of your opinions and suggestions, so dont be shy! Oh, and sorry in advance if I missed something with the formatting, or etiquette this is my first post as I am new here.
