A different kind of RMT

I was planning on making a team of Blue pokemon.

Not just blue pokemon, but the pokemon have to be SHINY blue pokemon

So the shinies I chose are:

Voltorb
Ponyta
Umbreon
Ditto
Spiritomb
Gardevoir or Gallade

(note that so far I only have the ponyta and voltorb, but plan on getting the others)

This is an RMT based upon coolest looks

4 questions:

1: is this topic allowed? I asked a question in the quick question and answer, and haven't gotten an answer yet. I also skimmed the rules and saw nothing.

2: Which one should it be, Gardevoir or Gallade?

3: Improvements or suggestions?

4: Has anyone else done this, and does anyone have any other Ideas for shiny teams?

1: i don't have movesets or items or evs. I do have natures, for 2 of them.

These are only Ideas, not complete anything.

And No, I mean Voltorb and Ponyta.

For good reasons.
1: Rapidash's fire is black, thus making it not a blue shiny.
2: Voltorb looks cooler than Electrode ^.^

So If I've done something completely wrong for this forum, please report me or something, or move this topic elsewhere. My mistake.
