Your threat list is rediculously flawed. You make it sound like Gliscor is Ghost/Dark with levitate and the stats of Arceus. Gliscor can't counter half the things you give him credit for. You need to re-think your threat list.

Don't be in such a rush to post another team after your last one. Take your time, read up on some of the finer points of team building and battling as a whole. You still seem unsure about how to counter specific threats.

Taking one example, you have Gengar listed as countering Celebi. Why do you think Gengar counters Celebi? Because he has a super effective Shadow Ball. Celebi has a super effective Psychic, which will easily kill Gengar. As such, Gengar cannot safely switch in and is therefore not a counter.

Try to explain your team, if not to those trying to rate it then to yourself. Why have you chosen each Pokemon? Why do they have a specific move?

I'd be glad to help you patch up your team, but you should put more work into yourself. As I said at the start of my post - take your time.

Thanks for the info, I'll work on it later. What do you think fo the team?

Honestly, the team needs a lot of work too. You have a lot of good chosen Pokemon, but their movesets aren't so great. You should read Smogon's article on team building and play around some on Netbattle, to get a better grasp.

I could have told you all this in PM, Links, but like I alluded to there I wanted you to get a differente perspective from other posters, not just myself. Do follow their advice though — while I *could* be the final authority on RMTs and team-building, I don't really want to be, for the reasons I stated in my announcement. We have to help each other keep this fire going — one person isn't going to do that all by himself.

Thanks everyone for the help everyone. I guess I never looked at the guides because they were 3rd gen, but they seem to help. I laso need tot ake stats into consideration... even though the team may have beena flop, ti sure helped me learn: )

OK, well, this is my first real attempt at rating a team! Here goes!
Gliscor @ Leftovers
Adamant
252 Defense/126 Attack/126 Speed
-Aerial Ace
-Thunder Fang
-Earthquake
-Ice Fang
I think you have the wrong idea about Gliscor here. I think what you need to do first is give it a lot of HP, since its really lacking in that department. Give it a decent amount of Defense, too, so that it can take physical hits (that are not Ice) really well. As for Speed, I really think it only needs enough to outspeed things that have no buisness going first. I'm not too sure in this department. However, you could run Agility/Rock Polish along with Baton Pass to speed up some of your slower Pokémon like BLissey, Donphan, and Lucario. Other nice options are Counter and Roost, which could be fun on Gliscor. I like this Pokémon because you can do a lot with it, so test it out until you find the set that works best.
Gengar@ Leftovers
Modest
252 Spc. Attack/252 Speed/4 HP
-Shadow Ball
-Dark Pulse
-Thunderbolt
-Sludge Bomb
The first problem I see here is that you have Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse in the same set. Both of them have almost the exact same type coverage, the only difference being that Shadow Ball can't hit Normal Pokémon, but you have a STAB Sludge Bomb for that. I would replace Dark Pulse with Hidden Power [Fighting] or Focus Blast to hit those Steel, Rock, and even Normal Pokémon. Since Gengar's Special Attack is high enough anyway, you might want to run a Timid Nature on it, and possibly even go with Choice Specs over Leftovers. And even if you didn't want to run Choice Specs, run Black Sludge over Leftovers.
Drapion @ Leftovers
Adamant
252 Attack/126 Defense/126 Speed.
-Ice Fang
-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Crunch
If you want this thing to Swords Dance, you might want to try and max out its HP and Defense, with either an Adamant or Impish Nature. If it turns out too slow, give it just a tiny bit of Speed, and it should be fine. For this to work, this thing needs Battle Armor to ensure that it does not get Critically Hit. Again, run Black Sludge over Leftovers for Poison Pokémon, and maybe even find a place for Rest, if at all possible.
Lucario @ Leftovers
Timid
252 Spc. Attack/252 Speed/ 4 HP
-Aura Sphere
-Dragon Pulse
-Flash Cannon
-Dark Pulse
I think here you need to take advantage of Lucario's awesome Physical movepool and Attack stat. I really love the idea for the mixed sweeping Lucario, as it really shows off what it can do. I'm at a loss as to EV's for the mixed sweeping version, but if you wanted to focus more on both of its attacking stats, you could run Agility (this can be passed by Gliscor) or Extremespeed. The Steadfast might help to a limited extent, also.
Blissey @ Leftovers
Bold
252 Defense/252 Spc. Defense/4 HP
-Softboiled
-Aromatherapy
-Counter
-Thunder Wave
I'm going by Advance standards, but I think you have Blissey's EV's totally wrong. The standard is 252 HP/252 Defense/6 Special Defence (or Special Attack) with a Bold Nature. Defanitely replace Counter with Ice Beam for Garchomp.
Donphan @Leftovers
Careful
252 Spc. Defense/44 Speed/100 Attack/100 Defense/16 HP
-Roar
-Rapid Spin
-Earthquake
-Ice Shard
You already have your Special wall. Focus Donphan's EV's into HP, Defense, and Attack, the former two taking the most importance. Drop Roar or Ice Shard for Stealth Rock.

Hope I helped!

I question the logic of putting Black Sludge over Leftovers on any poison pokemon unless you are under an item clause. Sure, it gives trick/switcheroo users a little surprise when they receive your Black Sludge, but then they just trick it onto one of your non-poison pokemon to hurt you instead.
