The Breakdown

The Lead
dpmfa385.png

Jirachi AKA: Gold Starz

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Impish Nature (+Def -SAtk)
Evs: 240 HP / 160 Def / 76 SpD / 32 Spe
-Wish
-Iron Head
-Fire Punch
-Body Slam

This Jirachi serves several purposes for my team.
1. It can often prevent stealth rocks from getting up as people switch out to avoid a scarfachi and flinch hax.
2. It often spreads paralysis, (a useful status on any team) through Body Slams 60% chance to paralyze anything but ghosts;
3. Serves as a great check on the ever rampant scizor because of fire punch.
4.Wish passes to my team in the mid to late game.

Jirachi serves well as an anti-lead of sorts because of its typing and Serene Grace. Almost always my first move is to Body Slam Just because the paralysis helps so much and sets up paraflinch on jirachi.

*may add top ten leads list later*

Synergy: Provides useful resists to Steel and Dragon that were much needed. Ground goes to Zapdos Fire to Porygon2.

The CBander
dpmfa212.png

Scizor AKA: Edward S. (Scizorhands?? get it?)

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/ 8 SpD

- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Scizor is some of the much needed glue for this team. His banded pursuit provides a great check on many ghosts and what not... the bullet punch deals with many frail and fast sweepers on the revenge kill. Super power destroys tyrranitars, who would bother most of my team and U-turn coming from this beast makes it seem more like an all out assault than scouting for a counter.

Synnergy: Checks and counters many of the pokemon that could give thi team trouble. Fire goes to Porygon2

**The fire weakness is a huge problem, anysuggestions to replace him or another fire weak pokemon would be very helpfull.

Rubber Ducky
dpmfa233.png

Porygon2 AKA: Rubber DuX

Porygon 2 @ Lum Berry
Ability: Trace
Nature: Bold (+Def -Attk)
EVs: 252 HP/216 SpD/40 SpA
- Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Magic Coat/ Toxic
- Recover

Trace is an absolutely insane ability, letting him endlessly wall Heatrans Jolteons and Vaporeons like no other. He provides the perfect counter to Salamence Gyarados Dragonite And heatran all of whom would have a field day with this team.

I currently use him as my status absorber kind of with a lumberry and magic coat.(I was going to use recycle but apparently shoddy wont let you? or is it just me?)

Toxic is also a very good option to wear down opponents he can not stay in on I am having a hard time choosing.

Synnergy: With his own recovery and ability to kill dragons he is great relief for zapdos and works amazingly with Zapdos covering his fighting weakness. Fighting goes to Zapdos.

Revenge Revenge
dpmfa473.png

Mamoswine AKA: the ReRevenger (Dimitri Martin Any1?)

Mamoswine @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Snow Cloak
Nature: Jolly (+Spe -SAtk)
Evs: 252Atk/ 252Spe/ 4Def
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Superpower
-Ice Shard

My teams Beast of a revenge Killer, sporting 130 base attack and enough speed to outspeed Scarfed heatran, he is able to hit many pokemon super effectively and checks some speedy threats.

He also provides a relatively safe switch to blissy as he doesnt fear the t-wave or any attacks she packs, and can OHKO with superpower.

Synnergy: Takes T-wave and elecric attacks allowing him free switch ins to wreak havok with his insane earthquakes, and revenge kills dragons and heatran. Fire, again problematic but porygon takes it. Water to porygon or zapdos if not too much. Fighting to Zapdos. Steel to Jira or Scizor.

The Defensive Wall
dpmfa145.png

Zapdos AKA: Needs a Name

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Bold (+Def -Atk)
EVs: 248HP/ 228Def/ 32Spe
-Roost
-Thunderbolt
-HP-Grass
-Heat Wave

A few thing stood out to me about zapdos over other physical walls.
He only has 2 weaknesses (one while roosting)
His resistance to fighting
Great coverage from special side
INSTANT RECOVERY

This thing takes all manner of physical atacks, has decent special defence too and is hardly touched by fighting moves.

Synnergy: His fighting resist and instant healing are the big bonus here and keeps Porygon up and running. Rock goes to Jirachi. Ice goes to Jirachi or Scizor.

The Boosting Beast
dpmfa482.png

Azelf AKA: Boom Blissey

Azelf @ Expert Belt
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid (+Spe -Atk)
EVs: 16HP /240SAtk /252Spe
-Grass Knot
-Psychic
-Flamethrower
-Nasty Plot

Sadly my only stat Upper but a great one none the less. After a plot this thing pozer just skyrockets, it speed and power allow it late game sweeps and midgame weakening. After using this thing it absolutely amazes me that people would use this thing wasted as a lead.

It also functions as a great steel killer hitting most on their weak side (I hate you heatran) and really rounds out the eam with some much needed power. The 16 hp Evs are enough to survive Jolly CB weaviles pursuit if i stay in and kill with flamethrower.

Synnergy: It doesnt provide o ton of resistances that arent taken by zapdos and doesnt have the defences to take many hits but his power and coverage are very needed on this team and for that he earns a spot. Bug to scizor, zapdos. Ghost to Porygon2. Dark To Scizor.

That rounds out the team. I hope you enjoyed this RMT, any comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Things to work on: a fire resist, a spinner, a cleric/ better status absorber

Hi,

Your team's biggest weakness is Fire typed moves. You can at least revenge all the common fire move users, but it's pretty hard to switch stuff in. The other weakness is probably an SD Lucario w/ Stone Edge. Mamoswine takes up to 86% from +2 Extremespeed, so any residual damage can result in a 6-0 unless Stone Edge misses against Zapdos. Also, you don't have anything in particular that can handle stall teams. (Azelf probably won't cut it since Blissey run Sp.Def, but I could be wrong here.)

There are a few things you can do to lessen your Fire weakness:

First off, you can change Zapdos to Gyarados. Gyarados handles Scizor and can check Lucario thanks to Intimidate. it also gives you 1 fire resist. I suggest either the RestTalk set or the BulkyGyara set.

Second, you might want to change Mamoswine. Scizor makes a great revenge killer and Mamoswine isn't killing any major threat your team can't already at least revenge. (Azelf covers Infernape, Porygon2 handles Gyarados/Salamence, Scizor revenges most Tyranitar, Gyarados takes on Lucario) It's main use is probably just the Electric immunity. I'm thinking you could change this to a CB Tyranitar. While you don't get an Electric immunity, Tyranitar handles Zapdos and the occasional SpecsJolt. (Tyranitar kills SpecsJolt although it will be low on health). CB Tar also
helps against Stall teams. If you wish to keep a Choice Scarfer, but have less of a Fire weakness, I'd suggest Flygon. It just about revenges all the main threats, but it doesn't destroy Blissey as easily as mamoswine does. (Outrage still hurts though and U-Turn is very useful).

Lastly, I'd at least consider Substitute on NP Azelf. With so many CB Scizors, I can't believe Azelf can pull off sweeps easily. Especially if you don't have Magnezone ensuring Scizor is fainted. In any case, I've always found CM Latias better than Azelf since it's much more bulky, but w/e.

Other than that, this team looks fine. Good luck and hope I helped somewhat.

I think that you should not only keep SR off, but you need to get them on as well. With that in mind, I would change your lead to Azelf, with Taunt/Stealth Rock/Grass Knot/Fire Blast (Grass Knot for Swampert/Hippowdon leads, Fire Blast for steels). It accomplishes the above purpose. I would drop Jirachi entirely in favor of Gyarados, giving you a stronger fire and fighting resist and a solid physical sweeper. Pure offensive (252 Atk, 252 Spd, Waterfall/Stone Edge/Bounce/Dragon Dance) with Leftovers is my preference.

I would drop both Mamoswine and Porygon2. Scarf Starmie (252 Spd, 252 SAtk, Modest, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Rapid Spin) checks a multitude of threats, and can deal good damage on the switch with STAB Hydro Pump. I would replace Porgyon2 with Choice Band Tyranitar - Sandstorm may be a bit problematic for Gyarados, but it gives you a pokemon that can hit virtually any pokemon hard on the switch, and a great switch to Blissey, as it does not particularly care about paralysis. 76 HP / 252 Atk / 180 SDef Adamant is my preferred spread.

Finally, I would replace Zapdos with a Jolly Swords Dance Gliscor (Stone Edge, Earthquake, Roost, Swords Dance)with 313 speed (about 244 Speed EVs, 200 Def, and the rest in HP. Gliscor is bulky enough to set up on many threats, and its speed will suprise pokemon that think they can easily outspeed a bulky version.

Thanks for the replys

Gyarados would be nice for the fir resist but without roost i dont think that he quite cuts it against the top teir physical threats that zapdos can, and also i really hate 4x weaknesses. the Resttalk set would fix that but then he loses the great coverage that zapdos manages.

Scizor as the revenge has real trouble with Heatran and magnezone who would wreck my team without heatran although i definitely will try out flygon as a scarfer because he still deals with heatran and magnezone.
thanks for a good suggestion.

I have to keep azelf cuz it owns, but what should i put Sub over any idea?

Ancien, no idea what ur thinking but u just overhauled more than half of them... defeats the purpose a bit
