Last week, I was getting ready for school in the morning when I looked in the mirror and saw that I was getting a little out of shape; my arms were thinner than normal and I had a small beer belly going. I was not impressed, so I finally decided to put the 15 and 20 lb. dumbbells in my room to some good use. Since then, I've been lifting weights and doing these every day (except for those when my muscles are sore).
And now, I've been watching what I eat and decreasing fat food intake and greatly increasing my protein intake by eating more meat, egg whites, spoonfuls of pure peanut butter, and numerous others. And since I go to Jamba Juice often, I always get a protein boost for a little extra. Two Vitamin Waters a day too, so I get my vitamins as well. I plan to keep this going for about ten weeks or so, since it's actually almost ten weeks until Brawl comes out and it'll help kill time.
So, if you've ever tried to get into shape, be stronger, or look better, what sorts of things have you done? And what would you recommend?
