Approved A Guide to Setup Sweepers in UU

Hi! I've never really done an article approval before, so I hope I'm doing it right

I want to write an article about setup sweepers in the UU metagame. I hope it to be sort of like this article, but I'd do it more by individual Pokemon. I'd start with the top few setup sweepers in UU (Feraligatr, Mega Pidgeot, and Salamence). Maybe, if it works out, it could become a series of articles.

I would set it up as

Introduction

Feraligatr

Feraligatr @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 220 Atk / 36 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Crunch
- Substitute / Ice Punch / Swords Dance

Conclusion


In terms of credentials necessary for writing a metagame / strategy article, I have written a whole bunch of UU analyses and post / lurk often in the UU forum so I generally know whats up :)

Hold off on Mega Pidgeot - there's a suspect for it I'd rather wait to see if that stays or goes before you invest time in it.

imo pick the most relevant / threatening ones first

Physical: Feraligatr (as good as DD mence is [which is #2], Gatr is significantly more threatening)
Special: Lucario or Offensive CM Cune (usually seen as a "fat mon", but with that set it doesn't really function as a wall)
Fat: CM Cresselia or CM Reuniclus
