SV OU A hotdog under the sun of Hisui. (Arcanine-Hisui Sun Team)

First of all, I'd like to point out that I'm French and there may be spelling mistakes in my texts. I apologize if that's the case.

How I came up with the idea for the team
Following Gouging Fire's ban, I decided to try building a sun team without him. To replace him, I chose a Choice Band Arcanine-Hisui, which gives the team a better matchup against stalls, since the only common Pokémon in this archetype that resists Rock-type damage is Clodsire (and he's not built to withstand a big physical wallbreaker).
252 Atk Choice Band Arcanine-Hisui Head Smash vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Clodsire: 251-296 (54.2 - 63.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Otherwise, the rest of the team is pretty standard.

Team breakdown

PureHumanSoul (Ninetales) @ Heat Rock
Ability: Drought
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 248 HP / 20 Def / 240 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Weather Ball
- Encore
- Healing Wish
- Will-O-Wisp

Well, it's a Sun team. You need a Pokémon with the Drought ability. I prefer Ninetales to Torkoal because it's faster and has access to Healing Wish and Encore.
The investment allows you to outspeed Iron Crown and the Tera Grass allows you to better check Waterpon and better withstand Ground-type Pokémon.

Greater Than Lando (Great Tusk) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Headlong Rush
- Ice Spinner
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock

Great Tusk allows you to have a spinner because sun teams are very bothered by entry hazards (especially Arcanine-Hisui). Headlong Rush is there for the big Ground-type STAB, and Ice Spinner is there for coverage, allowing you to better pass Flying and Grass-type Pokémon and effectively hit Landorus-T and Gliscor. The investment allows you to boost your speed under the sun thanks to its Protosynthesis ability.
Rocky Helmet allows you to deal chip damage to physical threats and annoy Maushold. Tera Fire allows you to change its Fairy and Ice weaknesses into resistances.

Jean tydogo (Arcanine-Hisui) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Rock Head
Tera Type: Rock
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Head Smash
- Flare Blitz
- Extreme Speed
- Close Combat

Choice Band Arcanine-Hisui is our Win Condition against defensive teams.
252 Atk Choice Band Tera Rock Arcanine-Hisui Head Smash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Dondozo: 294-348 (58.3 - 69%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Besides, Dondozo has a lot of trouble healing outside of Rest. So, instead of trying another Head Smash, I would recommend switching to Venusaur to put pressure on him. The opponent will be tempted to Tera Fight his Dondozo (otherwise, he'll get swept), and in that case, Flare Blitz under sun is enough to finish him off if he hasn't do Rest.
And if he doesn't Tera...
252 Atk Choice Band Arcanine-Hisui Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Dondozo in Sun: 132-156 (26.1 - 30.9%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
It doesn't come on Flare Blitz though.
As for attacks, we have the powerful double STAB provided without knockback damage thanks to Rock Head, Extreme Speed which will make it useful against more offensive teams thanks to its priority, and Close Combat which allows it to effectively hit Pokémon resistant to our double STAB and allows for a safer attack if we don't want to risk a Head Smash miss.

Ebola (Venusaur) @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk
- Growth
- Giga Drain
- Weather Ball
- Earth Power

A fairly standard Pokémon in Sun. It allows for a decent check to Waterpon or Iron Valiant without Psyshock. Growth boosts our Pokémon's Special Attack, combining its rather nice Speed in Sun thanks to Chlorophyll with a significant wallbreak ability.
+2 252 SpA Life Orb Tera Fire Venusaur Weather Ball (100 BP Fire) vs. 252 HP / 240+ SpD Slowking-Galar in Sun: 363-426 (92.1 - 108.1%) -- 50% chance to OHKO
Indeed, Weather Ball becomes Fire-type in Sun and provides good coverage with Giga Drain (which we prefer to Solar Beam to improve its longevity in matches). Earth Power effectively hits Fire-type Pokémon and certain Pokémon like Raging Bolt, which resists our Venusaur's other attacks with its Dragon-type. Tera Fire is here to boost Weather Ball while allowing you to change its Ice weakness to resistance.
The 29 IVs in HP allow you to lose 1 less HP on the Life Orb.

Weight Waktchers (Walking Wake) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 12 HP / 244 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Steam
- Draco Meteor
- Flamethrower
- Dragon Pulse

Walking Wake is a staple of Sun teams. It's still the only Water-type Pokémon to be very strong in Sun teams. Hydro Steam is there for the Water-type STAB that increases its power in Sun. Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse are there for the Dragon-type STAB, offering rather nice coverage with its Water-type STAB (the former being designed to hit hard and the latter to have a more spammable option). Flamethrower completes the coverage by effectively hitting Grass-type Pokémon (and effectively hitting Steel-type Pokémon).
Tera Water boosts Hydro Steam's damage and removes Walking Wake's Dragon and Fairy weaknesses.
The investment is made to boost our Pokémon's speed with its Protosynthesis.

Sabrina (Hatterene) (F) @ Eject Button
Ability: Magic Bounce
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 248 HP / 116 Def / 144 Spe
Bold Nature
- Healing Wish
- Psychic
- Dazzling Gleam
- Nuzzle

Hatterene allows you to:
Pivot onto one of our sweepers with the Eject Button,
Limit hazard placement with Magic Bounce,
Paralyze certain threats with Nuzzle,
Heal an allied Pokémon with Healing Wish.
Psycho and Dazzling Gleam are STAB attacks that provide decent coverage. Tera Steel is there to compensate for its weaknesses to Steel and Poison.
Speed allows you to outpace a paralyzed Adamant Dragonite.

Spelling honestly looks good. Just wanted to confirm that you went Boots or Helmet on Tusk because the description sounds like Helmet, but the importable says Boots. I don't have a ton to critique with this team only because the pieces themselves are pretty standard and non-negotiable. Some of the spreads to have alternatives out there worth experimenting. Hisuian Arcanine has a weird speed tier where base 90 was adequate in previous generations, but in Gen 9 is a liability. Your current one makes sense to outspeed +1 Dragonite, but I'll share a bulkier spread below to hit the same offensive benchmarks while still outspeeding Kingambit:

Arcanine-Hisui @ Choice Band
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 208 HP / 152 Atk / 136 Def / 12 Spe
Adamant Nature
Tera Type: Rock
- Head Smash
- Flare Blitz
- Extreme Speed
- Close Combat

252+ Atk Kingambit Kowtow Cleave vs. 208 HP / 136 Def Arcanine-Hisui: 160-190 (41.7 - 49.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
(Note it's very likely Arcanine-Hisui will be chipped by endgame but it's still a nice calc to have in your back pocket.)

152+ Atk Choice Band Tera Rock Arcanine-Hisui Head Smash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Dondozo: 298-352 (59.1 - 69.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
152+ Atk Choice Band Arcanine-Hisui Flare Blitz vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Clodsire: 408-481 (88.1 - 103.8%) -- 25% chance to OHKO

Otherwise your read on this team as "standard" is spot on and there isn't a whole lot to change.

Thanks for the info. I take Smoggon's "Offensive Utility" set and forgot to change the item. It's definitely the Rocky Helmet.
Otherwise, I find Arcanine-Hisui's speed more suited to outspeeding Pokémon like Tusk, Gholdengo, Samurott-Hisui, etc.
But thank you for your comment.
