How I came up with the idea for the teamFollowing Gouging Fire's ban, I decided to try building a sun team without him. To replace him, I chose a Choice Band Arcanine-Hisui, which gives the team a better matchup against stalls, since the only common Pokémon in this archetype that resists Rock-type damage is Clodsire (and he's not built to withstand a big physical wallbreaker).

The investment allows you to boost your speed under the sun thanks to its Protosynthesis ability.
Rocky Helmet allows you to deal chip damage to physical threats and annoy Maushold. Tera Fire allows you to change its Fairy and Ice weaknesses into resistances.

Besides, Dondozo has a lot of trouble healing outside of Rest. So, instead of trying another Head Smash, I would recommend switching to Venusaur to put pressure on him. The opponent will be tempted to Tera Fight his Dondozo (otherwise, he'll get swept), and in that case, Flare Blitz under sun is enough to finish him off if he hasn't do Rest.
And if he doesn't Tera...
