a little bit, suspect

a little random mix of stuff i threw together to run on suspect ladder testing, it does need a bit of work, and has been adapted over the past few days to iron out common water weaknesses, as well as work a quick way to set up rain around taunt leads

Electrode@damp rockability: soundproof
Nature: timid
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spe / 252 SpA
- Rain Dance
- Thunder
- Taunt
- Explosion

if i'm going to run rain, then i'm going to need to get it up very quickly, what this lead brings is another aspect to the taunter lead which is popular at the moment, this outspeeds other taunting leads allowing me to get the advantage over the mass of roserades and azelf that usualy taunt and set up themselves, and of course damp rock to keep the rain up longer

Magnazone@Damp rock
ability: Magnet Pull
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spe / 252 SpA
- Rain Dance
- Thunder
- Hidden Power Fire
- Flash Cannon

a second rain dancer is always a must in rain teams, this has the advantage of resisting electric, and having access to rain it means its can run the Powerful Thunder, as well as being put to normal role of taking out scizor, and using the last move slot for another STAB.. flash cannone, a great inclusion as it can deal with any incoming Tyranitars

Gyarados@Wacan Berry
ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Ice fang

the old dragon dance gyarados, using the wakan berry, due to the mass electrical weakness, this can sweep after surviving that one hit., this has a great assent in this team, the rain after a dragon dance makes waterfall a very more potent threat even unscarfed latias in in danger from this, as trying to absorb the rain boosted waterfall is still a 2HKO on the likes of latias.

Kingrda@Lum Berry
ability: Swift Swim
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Outrage
- Substitute

where would rain dance be without the all powerful Kingdra, although limited in options attack wise, it has 2 very powerful stabs in waterfall and outrage, which after a dragon dance is almost impossible to switch into, substitute is very handy for exploders as taking this out with explosion could save 2 or 3 pokes, as well as setting up DD if i suspect another setup, and lum to avoid status or give it a second confusion free attacking option.

Manaphy@Leftovers
ability: Hydration
Nature: timid
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Surf
- Ice beam
- tail glow
- Energy ball

as it is a suspect team, using this was a no brainer, although not taking advantage of its power using rest, it does give an interesting switch in on status and toxic spikes (which hydration cures, then they have no effect on manpahy), gone for the normal set, a formidibale special sweeper, with imunity to status wile under rain AS well as access to a boosted STAB? yes please

Ludicolo@Leftovers
ability: Swift Swim
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Waterfall
- Seed Bomb
- Ice Punch

ludicolo is one of those pokes, that can fit any role in a rin dance team, so its one of the rain stalwarts and with its typing is very handy for switch ins, this ludicolo is a physical sweeper, due to the mass of special attackers already around and the fact ludicolos movepool supports good type coverage in both special and physical OR be bulky its unpredictable, only weakness it has in terms of the current metagame is scizor, which can be very easily removed with magnazone, unless something else getsin first witha u-turn of course, which in rain, is very unlikly.

I think you should modify your Kingdra set into a specially based mixed set as I don't think rain teams should waste time setting up substitutes and dragon dances. Also I think you should replace Gyara with a durable rain dancer like Scizor or Bronzong. You should also consider life orb on your 3 main rain sweepers as rain teams are really about hitting as hard and as fast as possible
