Wrote this just to help out some people!
Vitamins can only give you 100 out of the 252 you need, gotta kill pokemon for the rest
With 152 left AFTER you have taken 10 vitamins in the stat you want to raise you will either have to kill alot of pokemon or a little depending on what you have
Macho brace equipped- 76 Pokemon of the stat (If they are worth 1)
Macho Brace+ PKRS- 38 Pokemon of the stat (again if they are worth 1)
There are Also Battle tower items which do 4x (essentially the effect of Macho Brace and pkrs) which do stack with pkrs but since i don't have em i'm not gonna talk about it :p
Here is a list of my spots where I EV train
HP- Cowgirl south of Day care town, she has 5 Bidoofs( 1 HP EV each) use VS seeker
Attack- Gyarados, Seaking (2 Atk ev's each) First town fishing outside your house 100%, its either 1 or the other
SP ATK- Old Chateu, Gastly (1 SP ATK) and with an insert Haunter(2 SP ATK) and Gengar(3 SP ATK)
SP Def- ??? not sure of a 100% spot yet
Defense- Ruin Maniac's cave, Anything in there (Geodude and the other thing) worth 1 Defense EV
Speed- Surf in the first body of water you see in Mount Coronet, Zubats(1 SPEED EV) Golbats(2 SPEED EV)
Thats all i got for now all those are 100% spots you will see nothing else (or atleast i have yet to see anything on my pearl)
Ok heres what you do now AS you are killing (this assuming both pkrs and macho brace will obviously work without prks) If you kill a pokemon worth 1 points add 1 to your counter (somewhere on the poketech), IF you kill a pokemon worth 2, Add 2, and same with 3 add 3... Now when you get to 38 your done and DONT KILL ANY MORE run from anything you encounter ( or 76 in the case of not having pkrs) and move onto your next stat and do the same.. and for the Final 6 its just kill 2-3 of the stats you want.
This is how i do it anyways its Really easy just breeding is the annoying one if i want perfect IV's
