(A little) Quick Tempered

Okay, this was posted somewhere before, but the question wasn't answered, so I'm gonna ask away..

I'm breeding Aipom, and found a side for the characteristics and what they could imply about the IVs. One of them said "A little quick tempered", but all I had ever gotten was "Quick Tempered". Now, I have a "Quick Tempered" one... My question is is there a difference?

Okay, I hope someone has already figured out all of this stuff, but there's another one with a slight variation.

"Often scatters things" and "Scatters things often"

Is there ANY difference between these two, along with the two from before?

I believe someone said it has to do with the IVs only in that it uses them in multiples of 5. So you can't really know anything from them, because 5,10,15,20,25 and 30 would all give the same message, and so would 6,11,16,21,26 and 31. It's kinda like how they calculate your Hidden Power, but using multiples of 5 instead of multiples of 2.

Oh, I knew that. It's just that the one mentioned earlier are both for the SAME multiples. Like "A little quick tempered" is supposed to be those ending in 2 and 7. Would "Quick Tempered" be 2 and 7 also?

Why don't you just check the ivs of the ones that say quick tempered vs a little quick tempered? Seems like the obvious thing to do...

Mainly because I dont have enough different ones to get a reliable test group. I only have one of each, so if I checked, whatever the results would be from that test wouldn't automatically apply to all the others out there.
