Looking at this team, I have to admit. It looks horrible. Maybe I'f I get in to how they at least sync to each other's weaknesses I'll feel better. So, anyways, here's my team.

Lead
NU>RU (Golem) @ Custap Berry
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Explosion
- Earthquake

He's pretty much to set up rocks, sometimes be a suicide lead. I carry some attacking moves to make use of its decent attacking stat. Then, a Custap Berry for a quick detnation.... *silently* so he can go.... wtf booooooooooom.

Weaknesses Covers: He's here to stay in, and explode, do what depending on situation.

Supporter

Ringleader (Rotom) @ Light Clay
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Pain Split
- Reflect
- Thunderbolt
- Light Screen

Weakness Covers:
Dark: Mandibuzz, Krookodile
Ghost: Mandibuzz, Krookodile

Special Wall
BoneKeep (Mandibuzz) @ Leftovers
Trait: Big Pecks
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Careful Nature
- Brave Bird
- Toxic
- Roost
- Protect

Well, by the title, she's here to take special hits. Like grass, ghost, dark, most that hurt some of my team pretty much.

Weakness Covers:
Ice: Torkoal
Rock: Krookodile
Electric: Krookodile, Rotom

Physical Wall
Torkoal @ Leftovers
Trait: White Smoke
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Flamethrower
- Protect
- Clear Smog

This dude is probably a complete monster when it comes to defence. He can nom on incoming grass moves that may come on Krookadile. I carry Flamethrower just just do extra damage. Then, Clear Smog to at least try to stop sweeps.

Weakness Covers:
Rock: Krookodile
Ground: Lilligant
Water: Lilligant

Revenge Killer
Big Boss (Krookodile) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Pursuit

I thought this guy would be an amazing revenge killer, for two reasons. One: his decent speed can allow it to outspeed most things. Then, Two: He has access to Moxie, with is pretty awesome, after revenge killing he gets an attack boost. Which can really hit the next thing that comes out pretty hard.
I also wanted to put him on there cause he looks cool. lol

Weakness Covers:
Water: Lilligant
Grass: Mandibuzz, Lilligant, Torkoal
Fighting: Rotom
Bug: Rotom, Torkoal
Ice: Torkoal

Special Sweeper
Linda (Lilligant) @ Life Orb
Trait: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Petal Dance
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Giga Drain

Now, you may think I'm stupid for running two grass moves. I just thought I needed a little move to give me extra health back. She gets access to Butterfly Dance, which is one of the most amazing stat boosting moves in the game. It's better than Calm Mind cause they get an extra speed boost. After maybe two Butterfly Dances, she'll definetly get up and kill things. Giga Drain is there to get rid of LO recoil.

Weakness Covers:
Fire: Torkoal
Ice: Torkoal
Bug: Rotom
Flying: Rotom

Looking at my weaknesses... Rotom pretty much paces the team together. So, if you have an suggestions I'll be willing to take them. I'd really appreciate it. ^^
I'm fucking stupid. I know.

Seems to me like once Torkoal is gone, you're kind of screwed. It's your only ice resist, a type of which you have a quadruple weakness to. Also, once that's gone (since Golem has already exploded at this point) you're extremely weak to Scarf Typhlosion. Mandibuzz can't switch into Eruption if Stealth Rocks are up, and nothing else can really take the hit at all. Sharpedo will screw you over from turn one, especially if it's mixed. Also, both your walls are weak to stealth rock, and one of those can't recover. This makes them very easy to wear down, and after that you've got a very frail team that is weak to countless sweepers. Can't really give you any advice either unfortunately, since I have no clue what kind of playstyle you're going for. Sorry to be the guy who points out what's wrong and can't give you a way to fix it, but if you'd tell me what your aim is with this team I could definitely help.

I'm the type of guy who wants a balanced team with two walls and two sweepers. Thanks for pointing out that my walls are SR weak, I'll really need to change that due to how much SR is being used now. I really need help on who I should replace to at least make me less SR weak. Then, a way to deal with my Ice weakness. I appreciate your help. ^^

Umm if you haz trouble with SR, try at least running Rapid Spin on Torkoal lol, also I don't see how Dual Screens is that beneficial to your team so I would recommend SubSplit Rotom or SubWoW Rotom-N. Also found Normal Gem on Golem to be pretty awesome lol xD, but personal preference I guess. And I would change Mandibuzz to either Miltank or Munchlax with Thick Fat for another Ice Resist and for some shuffling and... yeah just to wall I guess. And on Lilligant I would really recommend having Sleep Powder to make it much easier for Lilly to set up... Aaaand, Thats it I guess lol. GL with your team.
