A new tier

Imagine how fun and creative this tier could be.

- Only Pokémon who can evolve and aren't already an evolved form (this includes banning Pikachu, Chansey, etc.)
- No attacks with a power beyond 70
- No Ferroseed, Phione or Wynaut
- No Eviolite
- No Moody, Drought or Drizzle (in case Drizzle should ever come out on a Pokémon in this tier)
- No evasion-increasing moves or OHKO moves
- Ditto is allowed

Think about it. So easy rules to quickly read and follow, and so many exciting possibilities. It would be a whole new metagame, and Pokémon like Bulbasaur, Charmander, Pichu, Meowth, etc. would finally be seen in competive battles.

The reason for no attacks beyond 70 is; extra creativity! And Hidden Power would be VERY relevant here, adding to the fun and possibilities. Now, most Pokémon would be able to get an "ultimate" special move, with the type of their choice.

Pokémon like Electabuzz and Scyther would probably become overused quickly, but it's worth a try. If it doesn't work out, we could base the allowed Pokémon on their combined base stats.

I often feel bad for RD as he has to answer these, so here:

New tiers do not become a reality because someone posts a thread in the Suggestions forum and slaps a bunch of assorted bans and clauses. If you want to see any new metagame become endorsed, then you need to follow the proper procedure, which begins with getting tons of other people onboard through a DST thread and then battling them on your own time and not on an official ladder. Only with overwhelming support can anything like this happen.
