Shouldn't we have one already ?_? Four years ago, I was still a lurker, but I recall Smogon already had one for 4th Gen. We're 1.5 months from B/W's release, and I think it would be best to create a subforum for 5th Gen now so people "get used" to it and newcomers will have a whole subforum all for themselves to post, with special rules and all. Thread making could need the Staff's approval, or be restricted to mods and badgeholers until a few days before release (as it's the time the roms get leaked).
