A Newbies first try in UU

As the title says I am very new to competetive battleing and I recently decided to get more into UU, since it looks far more interesting and diversified than OU. But maybe thats just me.
After searching different forums for a nice UU team I can start with, I found this one: UU Sticky Web Team

To make this team a bit more personal and because I don't like the artsyle of Florges I switched out Krookodile for Rhyperior and Florges for Umbreon. Now my team looks like the following:

250px-596Galvantula.png

Galvantula (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Sticky Web
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave

Galvantula is mainly used to cripple opposing pokemons with Thunder Wave and to set up a save Sticky Web, wich comes on very handy for the rest of the team. It gives the Sweepers (Arcanine, Roserade and Blastoise) the slight edge they sometimes need to outspeed an opposing sweeper in cases where both can OHKO each other. With its two offensive attacks Galvantula is still a dangerous and useful after bringing out Sticky Web or T-Wave. Also say are good for the suprise, when the opponent thinks I will go for Sticky Web. I use Thunderbolt over Thunder because of the accuracy.
Focus Sash is there to either be able to revenge kill or at least lay out a Web in sticky situations.

250px-009Blastoise.png

Blastoise (M) @ Blastoisinite
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature
- Water Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Aura Sphere

Mega-Blastoise is used as an All-Out special attacker. With this Attack Set he has a good type coverage and all of them except Ice Beam are supported by his Mega-Abillity. I found the HP investment very useful to be able to stand one more hit. Because of that he isn't able to outspeed everyone on the other team with Sticky Web on their side, but i found it beeing fast enough and making up for this lack of speed with his high HP.
Since I have no Spinner or Defoger I thought about getting Rapid Spin instead of Ice Beam. But in most fights I do not have big problems with entry hazards. What do you think?

250px-407Roserade.png

Roserade (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Energy Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
- Dazzling Gleam

Roserade fills the roll of the fast special sweeper, who can take down half of the enemy team without getting damaged (besides the Life Orb Damage), when supported by a Sticky Web. Her ability is awesome, when I get the chance to switch out to get rid of paralyse and other stuff.

250px-059Arcanine.png

Arcanine (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- ExtremeSpeed
- Flare Blitz
- Morning Sun

Arcanine is the physical counterpart to Roserade. With Close Combat and Flare Blitz he hits really hard, with a decent type coverage. His ability makes him a perfect switch-in if the opponent tries to kill Roserade or Galvantula with fire, making Flare Blitz really dangerous. ExtremeSpeed is used to get of that last hit you need even when you can't outspeed your opponent. Morning Sun is to use the time a predicted switch might give my to heal the wounds of Life Orb and Recoil.
250px-464Rhyperior.png

Rhyperior (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 96 HP / 160 Atk / 160 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Ice Punch

Rhyperior is my 2nd physical Sweeper. Because of his bulkyness he is easy to switch in on physical moves and can stand at least one hit from allmost every physical sweeper. Choice Band combined with his extreme physical power, Rhyperior can OHKO many pokemons you would not expect to. Combined with Umbreons Wish he can survive very long.

250px-197Umbreon.png

Umbreon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Protect
- Foul Play

Umbreon is my special wall and healer. With Wish and Heal Bell she can keep Blastoise and Rhyperior or even Galvantula alive for a long time. Foul Play is an awesome STAB move to hit opponents surprisingly hard. But since it is most effective against Physical opponents and Umbreon has no DEF investments I am thinking about, whether it would be better to use Toxic instead.
Syncronise helps against Stallers that try to kill her using poison or Burning.

Now I want to hear your oppinion about this team. What can I do to improve it?
Whats about the questions I asked in the pokemons descriptions?
- Should I switch Blastiose's Ice Beam for Rapid Spin?
- Should I switch Umbreon's Foul Play for Toxic?

Greetings

A good first UU team!

First of all, Thunder is strongly recommended over Thunderbolt on Galvantula. With Compound Eyes, Thunder gets to 91% accuracy, and is definitely worth it for the power boost.

Secondly, I recommend Sleep Powder over either Shadow Ball or Dazzling Gleam on Roserade. Sleep Powder has an amazing utility and can shut down the most threatening of sweepers. The accuracy is a bit unreliable, but when you are forcing a switch, it would be much more useful to use sleep powder than predicting with an attacking move.

Thirdly, I would switch Ice Beam with Rapid Spin on Blastoise, seeing that Arcanine is weak to SR. Hazards is less prevalent in UU than OU, but it can still make quite a big difference. However, Ice Beam can catch Grass types like Roserade and Shaymin off. Despite this, I still think that Rapid Spin will have more utility than Ice Beam.

Finally, I think you meant to write 252 Atk on Rhyperior instead of 160, seeing that you'd still have spare EVs...

... the wording on that

Okay, so this is actually a pretty decent team and it has the right ideas, though a lot of your movesets could use tweaking. First off, I'm joining the bandwagon that you should definitely use Thunder over Thunderbolt on Galvantula--it allows you to make actual use out of Compoundeyes and somewhat make up for Galv's lack of power. Also agreeing with Rapid Spin over Ice Beam on Blastoise, the support is great for your somewhat hazard-weak team. Next, your Roserade would be much better off with a moveset of Leaf Storm / Sludge Bomb / Spikes / Sleep Powder. Leaf Storm's higher initial power is much preferred for Rose since it gets easily forced out, and Spikes + Sleep Powder allows you to support your team with hazards + sleep, and in general is much more useful. Also, Close Combat is rather moot on Arcanine since it only really gets coverage on Rock-types, and the only relevant Rocks (Rhyperior + Mega Aerodactlyl) it doesn't do much to anyway. Either Crunch or Wild Charge would be a much better choice, the former smacking Chandelure and the latter hitting bulky Water-types. Finally, your team is currently in need of a Stealth Rocker, so a simple fix to that is to change Rhyperior to a specially defensive SR set. Investing in special bulk allows you to take on the likes of Chandelure, Mega Houndoom, Mega Manectric, and the like, and providing you SR support. While you're at it you may want to consider Protect on Rhyperior to lure in Mienshao, who you're pretty weak to currently.

Other than that Umbreon seems kind of strange on a Sticky Web team, it's a bit out of place imo since all it seems to do is just sit there and take hits. In addition, you're in need of a revenge killer in case Sticky Web gets spun away or something, so I suggest you try a revenge killer like Choice Scarf Mienshao in its place, being able to revenge kill stuff like Mega Absol and nab momentum with U-turn.
