A Non-weather OU RMT

Changes in Bold.
To start out this team I decided to go with a late game TR Reuniclus. This little guy packs a punch with no LO, entry hazards, or weather damage. I can send it in with ease.

Next, to benefit from the TR (in case reuniclus is killed early in the game), and since, according to smogon, reuniclus's counters are scizor, blissey, chansey, and special defensive rachi I added Conkeldurr.

Since i saw that scizor (CB) can still hurt them, (saying that conkel doesnt have a bulk up up.) I decided to put in sableye. Who doesn't like priority will-o-wisp, taunt, and sub?

Next, After looking at the team for awhile, I noticed I was lacking some defense. So, I added the Skarmias core. Skarm handles any defensive threats, and lays down rocks. latias handles some sp defensive threats with CM. Both have a reliable recovery move.

For the last spot, I chose the friendly Wash-o-tom! I needed a revenge killer / lure for special walls for my conkeldur to deal with them. Not only that Rotom-W can trick to cripple walls that stand in my way.

Now, Let's jump in!!!

Sableye (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SDef / 16 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Night Shade
- Recover

He is my primary lead. He's got decent bulk and priority moves like will-o-wisp and taunt. He stops almost all physical sweepers in their tracks. The Evs given are pretty standard, except for the 16 speed evs. They are there to outspeed other sableye. I was maybe thinking toxic somewhere in this set? please give me your thoughts. Mainly W-o-W is there to stop the likes of scizor ruining my run through with Reuniclus. Then if the opponent's lead has the chance to set up there hazards, I have priority taunt. I've decided on keeping sableye's Night Shade. Since it will always do 100 damage, and I won't be stuck against special attackers. Also decided to put almost all invested EVs into SpDef since having it in Def. would just double up since I have priority W-o-W.

latias.png
Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Roost
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power(fire)

My special wall phazor. Latias is the Dragon to my Dragon / Steel Defensive core. She takes the special attackers skarmory can't handle. She also handles Rotom-W fairly well. She also does very well against Rain and Sun teams. Both of which have given me trouble in my past battles in the new Gen. Anything that I cannot hit hard with Dragon Pulse(after a couple CMs.) I will hit with HP(fire). This allows me to hit every pokemon barring heatran. so any other suggestions would be great.
reuniclus.png

Reuniclus (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 192 HP / 64 Def / 252 SAtk
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Trick Room
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic
- Focus Blast

My late game special sweeper. This little jelly guy is definitely my favorite sweeper of the new Gen. In late game, I can send Reuniclus in without any worry of secondary damage(i.e. entry hazards, and weather.) If i survive one turn, and get a TR up i can tear through the weakened enemy team with ease without the worry of LO killing me. I have all out sp. atking attacks to get the most of my attacks, and if a blissey comes up, I will just switch into my conkel and set up. The only problem is there is no form of recovery on this set.

conkeldurr.jpg

Conkeldurr (M) @ Flame Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Bulk Up
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Payback

My physical sweeper. This guy was my first sweeper for 5th gen. He caught my eye right of the bat. And since it gave me a dark resist, works well with trick room, and after +1 can do major damage to the enemy team, I knew it was a must. Any physical wall(i.e. skarm etc.) that stands in my way, I will just switch to Rotom-W, or Reuniclus to deal with it. Drain Punch is conkeldur's main form of recovery. Standard Conkel is standard. That's all i can say.

skarmory.png

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 228 Def / 28 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Brave Bird

My defensive wall. I put Stealth Rocks on here instead of spikes, so once they are set up they hit all pokemon. Whirlwind is there for phazing, and roost is skarm's form of recovery. Skarmory is easily one of the best walls in the metagame currently. It's great at walling common choicers like haxorus, or bulk up conkel for a few examples. It tends to shine against sand teams. since it can pretty much wall the entire standard sand. My one problem is mixtar. it destroys my defensive core.
rotomwash.png

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Trick

My revenge killer. Also, sometimes my lead. This thing brings my team together. It revenge kills anything that kills my team members, and lures in special walls for my conkeldur to come in and set up on it. If conkel is gone, no problem! I'll just trick my scarf on the opponents wall, which will cripple them. Thunderbolt takes care skarm who stalls my conkel to death. I was thinking Hidden Power Ice on here somewhere. Tell me what you think!!

Seems I have a weakness to lati....and it's not performing as well as it did...any thoughts would be appreciated..

Cool team you got here. Your team seems weak to Volturn teams. Scizor can ohko Reuniclus and Latias with a CB U-turn and then switch to Washtom and then Volt-Switch. Rinse and Repeat. My suggestion is as simple as changing Latias to a CM + HP Fire set. This gives you a way to handle them annoying Volturn teams. I prefer Foul Play over Night Shade because most things in OU have a sizable attack stat. Also make sure you change Skarmory's abilty to Sturdy in case you have max hp and need last minute phazing. You seem weak to rain teams because they will be throwing around STAB Water attacks and Hurricanes. If I were you I would just make Rotom a more defensive variant. 252HP/252Def/4SAtk and a moveset of Thunderbolt/Painsplit/Will-O-Wisp/Hydro Pump. I hope this rate helps.

OVERVIEW
-Foul Play over Night Shade on Sabeleye
-Sturdy on Skarmory
-HP Fire over Roar on Latias
