For a month now I've been going through various versions of my own sandstorm stall type team, and made quite a few tweaks to it. Although it doesn't seem like its going anywhere, so I'm here to ask you guys for help. Constructive criticism is welcome <3 Long time lurker, but it doesn't seem like I get much help or ideas of my own from other RMTs.

Hippowdon@Leftovers
Ability: Sandstream
EV's: 252 HP/130 SpDef/122 Def
Impish nature
-Stealth rock
-Earthquake
-Slack off
-Roar
hippowdon works well as a lead, being able to set up rocks and get sandstorm going. Later in the game he is WONDERFUL at phazing and being annoyng racking up entry damage and setting up for heatran. It also lets me scout for counters to my main pokes, and think of something to take them out. Only problem this lead has is if it comes across the occasional aero, but they almost always taunt leaving me free to switch to something else.
Heatran@Choice scarf
Ability: Flash fire
EV's: 252 SpAtk/252 Speed
Modest nature
-Flamethrower
-Dragon pulse
-Hidden power electric
-Earth power
Heatran is the core to this team. After skarmory and hippowdon rack up entry damage by causing switches and roar/whirl winding, most pokes get weakened enough through rocks/spikes/toxic spikes that I can finish everything off by simply out speeding and wrecking them with heatrans monstrous special attack. Of course, a few counters exist to him that I'd have to take care of first though. But after that, you cant stop the ran when he gets going.
Lucario@Focus sash
Ability:Inner Focus
EV's: 252 Atk/ 252 Speed
Adamant nature
-Swords dance
-Extreme speed
-Close combat
-Crunch
Lucario is there in case heatran fails, or just to make things easy for him. If I can keep things clear of the field using rapid spin, lucario can come in easily after something dies and set up, especially if he can cause a switch thanks to sash. After that, I've chosen moves to give me obvious coverage over whats needed.
Skarmory@leftovers
Ability:Keen eye
EV's:252 HP/ 40 Atk/ 190 Def/ 24 Speed
Impish nature
-Spikes
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird
-Roost
I f***in love skarmory. He's so useful, he takes hits from monsters who are trying to set up, and can just WW them out, or set up spikes on choice band pokemon who cant really hurt him, etc. I use brave bird because when skarmory attacks, I want him to have something strong to attack with. And he doesn't attack often, plus leftovers make up for a majority of the recoil usually. Although I'm a little scared of magnezone, so I'm thinking of using shed shell :S
Tentacruel@Leftovers
Ability:Liquid Ooze
EV's:252 HP/ 130 Def/ 122 SpDef
Calm nature
-Knock off
-Toxic spikes
-Rapid spin
-Surf
Tentacruel is amazing. Knock off is so useful, its ridiculous. Its a move you cant really switch in on, or stay in to take because it can cripple so many pokemon. Toxic spikes are the main attraction to him though, because they can help me take out pests like curselax and blissey. Surf is there when it needs to attack.
Latias@leftovers
Ability:Levitate
EV's:252 HP/ 252 SpDef
Timid nature
-Reflect
-Light screen
-Wish
-Dragon pulse
Dual screener. Its timid nature because setting up the screen before something attacks me is always very useful, and helpful. Wish is sooo good. IT lets me heal my people who have no recovery moves, and if I can predict an attack coming at me, pash a wish to full health lucario, so he takes little damage switching in and the wish fixes the rest for me, so he can set up and sweep somewhat.
Threats
Bulky gyarados, mixape and mixmence, and Flygon seem to give me trouble. I dont have the attention to be able to pay attention to much else that bothers me though.
