A person that tells IVs

Is there a person in D/P that tells you the highest IV of your pokemon like in Emerald at the Battle Frontier?

If I'm not mistaken, the pokemon descriptions tell you the highest IV, but not what it is.

For example, 'Proud of it's power', If I recall correctly, means its attack EV is it's highest.

I know there are a number for each stat, and I'm pretty sure there's a list here somewhere.
