A pretty good team (RMT)

Hello, and welcome to my first RMT post. I've played Pokemon competitively for a while now, and although this is my first RMT post, I have some experience battling. So, on to the actual team!

Team at a glance:

Deoxys-e @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Taunt
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes

My lead, and a fine one it is too. Almost guarantees setup of Stealth Rock and at least one layer of spikes. Protect for scouting, and Taunt for support leads.
---
Ninjask @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- X-Scissor
- Protect
- Baton Pass

Since I can keep Stealth Rock off the field 90% (or more) of the time, Focus Sash is very useful. Since Deoxys is a suicide lead, Ninjask gets in on a free switch too. With the decline of usage in phazers, I've had very few problems with getting the stat boosts to...
---
Edit: Metagross -> Mamoswine

Mamoswine
@ Lum Berry
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Rock Slide
- Double Hit

Mamoswine is really the crucial link of the team. Once he gets the boosts from Ninjask, there are very few things that would stop a total rampage. Even if I screw up with the boosts, Mamoswine has been more than useful, getting one or two kills every match, unboosted. Lum Berry for status. Double Hit helps with Sashers, if for some weird reason I don't get Stealth Rock up.
---
Edit: Scizor -> Donphan

Donphan @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/120 Atk/136 Def
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Seed Bomb
- Rapid Spin

Donphan has been more useful to me than Scizor was. I needed Rapid Spin, and a priority move. Ice Shard helps with Skymin too. He's a useful attacker too.
---
Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/28 Atk/228 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Waterfall

Standard CursePert, but very useful. Takes hits well, and usually can set up nicely to run through the other team. Faces problems with Skymin, but it's usually taken out by Stealth Rock damage and Bullet Punch from Scizor.
---

Zapdos @ Expert Belt
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/68 Spd/188 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Agility
---

Special sweeper, and a much needed one at that. This set has been working really well for me, with good coverage backed up by Zapdos' excellent Speed and Special Attack. Cleans up physical walls that come in to block other team members attempts at sweeping.
---

All in all, this has been one of my most successful teams, being currently at 20-1. I hope you enjoyed the team, and post any suggestions you might have to improve it. Thanks a lot!

Why Focus sash Deoxys - e give it leftovers. And the Scizor set is not a very good set and Try:
Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 172 HP/252 Atk/84 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- X-scissors
- Quick Attack
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
Life orb because it's the most commonly used item for Scizor and it preferred over left over for more damage and Quick attack sine it does more dame that bullet punch to certain pokemon like Zapdos and Water types as well.

Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 172 HP/252 Atk/84 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Sword Dance
- X-Scissor
- Bullet Punch
- Roost/Brick Break/SuperPower

Metagross: Bullet Punch > Ice Punch/Thunderpunch. Zapdos: Leftovers > Expert Belt. ;D

Well, thanks for the comments first of all. But Scizor's most valuable move is Substitute, as it allows him to scout for counters. And Substitute and Life Orb would really rack up the residual damage, leading me to be KO'd by weak priority attacks. And on Zapdos, replaced Expert Belt with Leftovers. Thanks!

Since you're mainly going to sub on opponent's switch, why not make use of technitian & STAB U-turn to scout and deal some damage at the same time, rather than losing 25% of your damage on the sub?

Not to mention that if you sub and Salamence or Gyarados comes in and DD (omg when I start rating I realized that I'm so paranoid about these sweepers coming in to set up), you're forced to switch out, giving up your sub, and letting them have a free DD! Whereas if you've U-turned while they switch-in, you can go for your own mence/gyara counter, assuming that you're slower than your opponent (well Scizor is pretty slow...).

Um... now that we're at it... what's your Mence counter?

Usually don't need one, since boosted Metagross takes out everything. But if the worst happens, and it's dead, it's a bit problematic. But I can usually work it around. The only thing that would give me trouble is a leading DD Tar.
