Is it possible for Arcanine to surive a CB TTar EQ/Stone Edge on the switch in?

Yes; max HP, max DEF + Intimidata survives CBTar ED and Stone Edge, but not 100% of the time. (chances pretty low, don't use Arcanine to counter TTar)
