Ok, so this is my first RMT thingy, so correct me if you spot any errors :) Pardon me if I'm not specific enough too. (Can someone also help with how to add images and such?)

I wanted to make a team based on checking common threats in the NU tier (my favourite tier to play atm)
I've found quite a bit of success with it (I'm not an extremely good player though, so I have nothing to brag about)

Lanturn @ Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Def / 216 SpD
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Scald
- Protect
- Toxic

I started with lanturn as I wanted a thing to check magneton(which I think is quite common). The set is pretty standard, just the usual pivot lanturn.

Sawk (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Close Combat
- Knock Off

Next, I put in sawk so as to check Kabutops, which is also a pretty significant threat. He also works as an efficient revenge killer.

Liepard @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Substitute
- Dark Pulse
- Encore

Just a standard liepard set that punishes anything that wishes to set up with encore. I put this in due to there being quite a few pokemon that sets up in the tier.

Sandslash @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off

I put in sandslash as I wanted something that could set up stealth rocks and rapid spin at the same time, this EV spread allows it to tank a huge load of physical attacks form mons such as kangaskhan, fletchinder and (to some extent) tauros.

Scyther @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Aerial Ace
- Bug Bite
- U-turn
- Quick Attack

I put in scyther for the sake of the massive damage it provides. The set is also a standard one. I am not sure what else to say about this, sorry....

Tauros (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Rock Climb
- Zen Headbutt
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

Lastly, tauros is mainly there to just sweep and clean up games basically, set is also a standard one.

Thanks for reading, and I'm looking forward to suggestions :]

Hey Bro

Nice team you have here, I think its personally more offensive then you make it put to be but that might be because I see way bulkier teams nowadays. But it seems like you have lots of the tier under control with your mons. Of course, there are weakness' which need addressing which will be be what I look at mainly in this rate.

At first, I can see quite a weakness for Sneasel at the moment. You can check it fine with a scarf sawk but and SD varient or Banded Varient becomes quite quickly out of control, not to mention your slight weakness to sturdy band sawk, where you essentially make it a constant stress on your team to do the correct predictions every time. You also lack solid answers to Archeops, which ravages your team since Sandslash can't hit it for any meaningful damage (knock off 65 bp) and can spam powerful acrobatics everywhere. Tauros itself is also a pressing issue where you have no reliable switch's in apart from Sandslash. Overall, pressure on Sandslash itself is extremely high and I don't think it has the typing to deal with all the threats at once.
This leads me onto my suggestion which will be Eviolite SD Scyther > Banded Set. This means you have an actual switch in for the fighting type mons and can complete the volt-turn core between scyther and Lanturn, this means there are more oppurtuinities for every mon on the team to set up and actually do work.
My next suggestion will be to patch up those weakness' to the S rank threats I previously mentioned.
A Defensive Mawile > Tauros will do the trick against these threats. It easily checks sneasel, archeops and tauros-ish (but that's not your initial problem). What it also means is less stress on Sandslash so it isn't your rocker and rapid spinner all in one. Therefore I reccomend putting rocks on Mawile and Rock Slide > SR on Slash so Archeops is less of a problem.

Onto some more niggly changes, I prefer Adamant > Jolly on Scarf Sawk since without it, Jolly Sawk is pitifully weak to be honest only out speeds a handful of mons with Jolly Scarf.

but that's about it, the Mawile change definitely makes the team become more so balanced than it previously was!

Mawile @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Baton Pass
- Play Rough
- Iron Head / Toxic / Anything

Scyther @ Eviolite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Roost
- Aerial Ace
- U-Turn

Cool team overall, best of luck in the future
yours in mons,
~HJAD

Hello koban , and welcome to Smogon!

Unfortunately, this RMT is currently not following the rules which can be found in the RMT Resource Thread; specifically, this thread violates rule #4, because you lack sufficient descriptions for each Pokemon on your team. As such, I am afraid that I will have to lock this thread for the time being. If you would like this thread to be reopened, feel free to PM me with your updated RMT, and I would be happy to reopen this thread for you. If you need help making an RMT up to the required standards, I recommend that you carefully read the RMT Resource Thread and check out other RMTs from the Team Showcase and RMT Archive for some examples.

Good luck with your team, and have a nice day!
