A simple question.

I have one question and one suggestion.

a.) What is the Limbo tier and why aren't there any Pokemon in it.
b.) There should be a simple question sticky in this subforum.

a) The Limbo tier is for Pokemon whose tiering is undecided, if we don't know whether it's in OU, UU, BL, or Uber, it goes in Limbo before we test it. As of now, no Pokemon fits into this category.

b) Use the Simple Questions sticky in Stark, and use the Search Forum function in this subforum, that alone should be enough.
