lax is the newest NU Tier Leader! A long time NU tour player and member of the council, he will now be joining the Mod team and co-leading the tier alongside me. He has great metagame knowledge, and has experience running a tier by being both on OU and NU Councils, and will do a great job in helping lead NU as we usher in a new phase of the tier.
