SM OU A SM rounded team.

I have created an SM team for OU. This team is very balanced, as I generally enjoy balanced teams. However, despite countless wins, I feel as if my team is not strong enough for tougher foes. Here's the team:

Cynthia(Garchomp-Mega) @ Garchompite
Ability: Sand Force
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SpD
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Fire Fang
-Poison Jab

Garchomp, being Mega on my team, is a very destructive member on my team. It falls on the 3 offensive members on my team. Fire Fang makes it take out Pokemon such as Magernia, Cesteelia, and many other Pokemon that it couldn't take out before. Poison Jab gets rid of other Fairy types. However, if it gets hit by Ice, if something outspeeds it, it can be a nightmare.

Tesla(Raikou) @ King's Rock
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Timid
EVs:252 SpA/4 SpD/252 Spe
-Aura Sphere
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power: Water
-Volt Switch

I needed a member who has only one weakness, and who better than Raikou? Raikou is the second offensive member on my team, and a very proud one, indeed. Aura Sphere is here for type coverage, and a check for Double Team spammers (admit it, we all love them). Why is Hidden Power: Water here, you ask? To kill ground types, of corse! And volt switch can make Raikou Escape with little to no damage.

Wikstrom(Skarmory) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/232 Def/24 SpD
-Toxic
-Protect
-Roost
-Drill Peck

Toxic stallers. That's what Skarmory's role on my team is. My first defensive member, and quite the physical wall. All of its moves scream "I love to make my foe suffer", as Roost restores health, protect automatically makes the foe take damage.

Valbar(Tyranitar) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Sand Veil
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spe
-Stone Edge
-Crunch
-Avalanche
-Protect

Being my 2nd defensive teammate, Valbar has avalanche as a secret move to scare people. Its role is to take damage and kill the foe with Avalanche and is really good in trick room. The focus sash is to make sure this thing doesn't die JUST yet. However, this isn't perfect, and I need ratings on this thing.

Bugsy(Scizor) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Technician
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 HP/252 Spe
-Hidden Power: Rock
-X-Scissor
-Bullet Punch
-Return

My 3rd and Final offensive Pokemon on my team, and a check to most types, Scizor is a very "technical" party member, and a revenge killer. What it does is based on the current situation. If the foe is about to switch out, use Hidden Power or Return. The other two are STAB. This is the Pokemon I most need criticism for, however.

Vanity(Tapu-Fini) Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpA
-Calm Mind
-Scald
-Moonblast
-Protect

The final member and the 3rd defensive Pokemon. It was either this or Suicune, and I chose this one. Tapu Fini can tank most hits, and protect makes it a staller. Calm mind sets up for Scald and Moonblast, two special attacks. It also likes to switch in during a dragon or fire attack.

This is also my First post and first team, so I apologize for any mistakes made.

Hey man, I like the core of Mega Chomp and Ttar, but this team needs a lot of work to really work "against tougher foes" as you say. I'll try to break down the changes.
  • Your Tapu Fini is pretty good, but protect is generally a bad move in singles, so I would replace it with Taunt and change the EV spread 252 HP / 24 SpA / 232 Spe with a Timid Nature. This lets you prevent slower pokemon from using moves like Leech Seed, Soft-boiled, or Stealth Rock and lets you outspeed pokes like defensive Lando-T and Gyarados (who you can prevent from dragon dancing with taunt).
  • Next, Scizor is frankly a terrible pokemon to be using Choice Scarf as it is still outspeed by +1 Volcarona or +2 Magearna (the reason to use a Choice Scarf is mostly to outspeed those setup sweepers). I would recommend a different scarfer like Scarf Landorus-T which can revenge those previously mentioned setup sweepers.
  • I honestly don't get what you're trying to accomplish with Raikou. King's Rock isn't a good item, Raikou itself isn't that viable in OU, nobody uses double team because it is banned so Aura Sphere isn't useful and HP Water isn't great either (if anything run HP Ice for Lando-T, Zygarde and Garchomps). If you still want an electric type, I'd suggest Tapu Koko over Raikou.
  • Also, I don't understand your Ttar. Focus sash isn't a great item for ttar and protect definitely isn't a good move for it. I don't think you will surprise too many people with avalanche outside of Lando-T. I'd say Choice Band Ttar -> Sash Ttar.
  • I also don't notice any entry hazards on your team, which will make it hard to wear down your opponent, so I'd suggest a new Skarmory with Spikes (or Stealth Rock) / Roost / Defog / Brave Bird with an EV spread of 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD. This gives you entry hazards (although the lack of stealth rock if you forgo that is still unnerving) and hazard removal while still being a physical tank and being able to hit stuff like Tapu Bulu hard.
  • Finally, Poison Jab doesn't do much good on Mega Chomp, only really able to OHKO Bulu, but as I just mentioned Skarmory can do that. So I'd make the change Swords Dance -> Poison Jab and Fire Blast -> Fire Fang with a Jolly nature. Swords Dance allows you to deal more damage and wallbreak early on while Fire Blast hits the same steel types while avoiding contact with Ferrothorn (avoids Iron Barbs damage)
