Don't plan on that strategy of Aerodactyl working super well. Whirl Wind makes you always attack last, unless they are using Trick Room.

Where to start.

To reiterate what has been said, that Aerodactyl strategy is suicidal. Whirlwind will go last, and Rock Polishing it won't affect that (since it has negative priority) Having two Stealth Rocks is bad as well. If anything, I'd probably just replace that for Hippowdon. It can set up Sand, doing more damage per turn, and still has access to Roar, while being able to take a hit.

I'd then replace Roserade with either Venasaur or Breloom. I'd probably go with Venasaur, since it is considerably more bulky, can still absorb Toxic Spikes, and doesn't lose that much in terms of Speed.

I'd also probably go with Starmie over Gardevoir, since it would help your MixApe weakness (nothing can switch in safely), while still being able to support the team (possibly with Reflect, Rapid Spin)

Roserade really wants Toxic Spikes. This will be able to hit more since it affects switch-ins unlike toxic. Even though toxic will hit flying types and levitators in the long run toxic spikes would be better. I would replace that current set with Sleep Powder, Grass Knot, and Leech Seed / Hidden Power [Fire]. Since Steels are unaffected by toxic spikes Hidden power fire would be an excellent choice. Hidden Power Ground will be able to hit steels as well and hit heatran switch-ins except it fails to hit forretress super effective and does not effect skarmory. In the long run Hidden Power Fire is worth it.

On Swampert I find that Ice Beam works better then waterfall since Earthquake will be used for Tyranitar and Ice Beam will hit grounds like Gliscor and Hippo much Harder. It also provides a great way of killing dragons that can cause trouble to this team.

Aerodactyl should be used as clean-up. I would run pursuit / Stone Edge / Earthquake / Ice Fang to kill ghosts, lucario, heracross, and other annoying stall team breakers. I would run life orb to avoid switching as it takes out his effectiveness as a cleaner.

Gardevoir for wish support is a good idea but I think running a Wish / Reflect/Psychic / Will-O-Wisp / Psychic/Thunderbolt Set is better. Coming in on a gyarados (Something your team has a weakness to) is very helpful and ohkoing it with thunderbolt or crippling it with will-o-wisp will just help amazingly.

Togekiss I feel should be replaced with Skarmory or Cloyster. You need a spiker and a rapid spinner so cloyster is preferred. It also provides another Dragon Counter.

I think with proper reconstuction this team could do very well in the stall team enviroment.

I don't see how this team is meant to "stall" as the only thing capable of stalling in your team is Blissey.

Two Stealth Rockers in your team is completely unnecessary. Drop Aerodactyl all together, it's not going to work since Whirlwind has a negative priority modifier meaning it'll most likely always go second. Replace with Skarmory who can set up spikes and Roar since he's sturdier anyway.

Why run Toxic on Roserade if you can run Toxic Spikes? If you really want to "stall" and help out your team try sleep powder instead on Roserade to sleep potential threats and run Leaf Storm as it likely wont be staying in with HP Fire.

What's Gardevoir's purpose on this team? It cant stall as it is extremely frail. Considering Gyarados simply eats this team alive consider running Starmie who can also help with Infernape and Garchomp too!

Togekiss isn't stalling anything with that set. Roost is a superior option over wish, and instead of trying to dual status you could try to kill something by using Nasty Plot/Air Slash/Aura Sphere/Roost so your team can actually do damage. Although if your'e going for stall this is completely unnecessary and you can try Hippo or Gliscor.

I dont know where this team is going at all but I'm guessing "Not stall"

Hmm...let's keep the core of Swampert, Roserade, and Blissey. However unorthodox, you could make Roserade last a bit, as it does have many easy switch ins, for example: Celebi. For Roserade in the stall environment, I'd try to beef it up a bit, and slap Toxic Spikes on it, which is its main purpose here.

As we go along, you're going to need something to block Rapid Spinners. Spiritomb would work fairly well here, perhaps over Togekiss. It serves as multipurpose tank along with a shitload of immunities you could use.

With the team as Swampert, Roserade, Spiritomb, Blissey, I'd probably add some extra offense and sandstorm, so Tyranitar here works as a wonder. And to fill it out, we can try to add more offense with Gyarados, who's many resistence could help against Heracross and Lucario.

It's also prefered if you have Wish on Blissey to keep most things healthy and fresh.
