A standard OU team.

Alright, here is my team.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 48 Atk / 212 SDef
Careful Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Superpower

Your average Choice Band Scizor, the one that U-Turns and deals damage. Usually scouts w/ U-Turn. Can switch into it's many resistances, for sake of minimizing damage done to the team.

MAIN JOB: Scouting
SECONDARY JOB: Sweeping. Not very good at it, but can get the job done if things fall into place.

Cyclone (Hydreigon) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- Surf

Cyclone has a job fit for a lead. With Draco Meteor, it can K.O any Dragon type that's slower. Other moves can get many jobs done for a lead. If not the lead in a battle, it can become a sweeper, where it does a fine job with the right Pokémon at the opponent.

MAIN JOB: Leading at times.
SECONDARY JOB: Sweeping.
OTHER JOBS: If needed, can become a wallbreaker.

Gyromaniac (Bronzong) @ Leftovers
Trait: Heatproof
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 84 Atk / 80 Def / 92 SAtk
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Stealth Rock

The tank of this team, Bronzong can handle a LOT of punishment. Even Fire types get only a 2HKO due to Heatproof. It's resistances are many, and functions as an amazing hit taker.

MAIN JOB: Tanking, walling.
SECONDARY JOB: Entry hazards. Stealth Rock.

Cancer Poké (Reuniclus) @ Leftovers
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Energy Ball
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

With an HP stat of 424, it has the highest HP on this team, thus, making it a wall. But, do not be fooled. It can sweep if it wants to with Psyshock, preying on poor defense Pokémon.

MAIN JOB: Walling.
SECONDARY JOB: Sweeping.

474.gif

Glitch (Porygon-Z) @ Life Orb
Trait: Adaptability
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Tri Attack
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam

The UU top tier threat comes to OU for unpredictability and killing off one or two Pokémon before he faints. He is a unpredictable due to not being used in OU. At all.

MAIN JOB: Unpredictable supporter.
SECONDARY JOB: Sweeper.

OCD (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

A sweeper. That's about it. A powerful one, but a sweeper.

MAIN JOB: Sweeping. That's it.

I have a few others that I'm considering...

Volcarona

This team has a lack of fire types. All I need.

Ok quick rate.

First off what is up with Bronzong running HP Water? Swap dat for HP Ice, this allows it to check Landorus Incarnate, one of the top threats.

Secondly, Reuniclus is a poor wall. Refer to the onsite Reuniclus analysis or you could read this.

Your team seems slow so you could try and reverse that by giving Reuni Trick Room. Swap Energy Ball for Trick Room. Energy Ball has unnecessary coverage.

This allows it to sweep. Secondly swap Reuniclus' leftovers for Life Orb. Magic Guard makes it not take any weather damage, hazard damage, burn damage, or poison damage. Also it won't take Life Orb damage.

Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Quiet
Magic Guard
EVs: 192 HP/64 Def/252 SpA
IVs: 0 Speed
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Trick Room

Rotom-W is not a sweeper. Its STABs are resisted by too many things, and it is also way slow. I'd say make it a bulky attacker with 252 HP/252 SpA/4 Spe.

Rotom-W @ Leftovers
Modest
Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 SpA/4 Spe
-Volt Switch
-Thunder Bolt
-Hydro Pump
-Hidden Power Ice

Porygon-Z just plain sucks. Its too slow to sweep, and its STAB is resisted by common threats like Terrakion, Ferrothorn, and Jirachi. If you want a powerful special sweeper, try Latios. He can bypass most things with DM and has pretty good coverage moves too.

Latios @ Life Orb
Timid
Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
-Draco Meteor
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Psyshock

Now you may want a powerful physical attacker, and back up sweeper. I'd try Conkeldurr.
As for ability, use Sheer Force because all of Conk's Punch attacks (bar Mach PUnch) are boosted by Sheer Force and LO is negated. Plus COnkeldurr benefits fro Trick Room. Plus everyone expects Guts as the standard ability, so they won't try to status Conkeldurr. I'd swap Hydreigon for Conkeldurr.

COnkeldurr @ Life Orb
Brave
Sheer Force
EVs: 120 HP/252 Atk/136 SpD
-Drain Punch
-Ice Punch
-Thunder Punch/Rock Slide
-Payback/Mach Punch

Thunder Punch for hitting bulky waters, Rock Slide for Volcarona, flying types, and others weak to Rock. Payback for Ghosts and Starmie, Mach Punch for priority.

There you go so basically

HP Ice on Bronzong
Reuniclus (Offensive Trick Room set)
Rotom (Standard Bulky Attacker Set)
Latios instead of Porygon-Z (Life Orb attacker)
Conkeldurr instead of Hydreigon (LO Sheer Force sweeper under Trick Room)

Hope this helped and good luck!!!

Funny thing is, Reuniclus did have Trick Room and Bronzong did have HP Ice.
