A team I need some advice on...

This is just a team I put together on showdown, it's been doing fairly well, but I noticed it gets crippled by status easily, and many of the members are frail. So I was thinking using a blissey or chansey or something of the sorts that can wall fairly well, and provide wish/heal bell support. If you could rate the team and help me in choosing a member to replace, it would be much appreciated.

Ferrothorn@Rocky helmet
Relaxed nature
EV's: 252 DEF 252 HP 4 SPD
Gyro ball
Spikes
Stealth rock
Power Whip
Ferrothorn, in my opinion, is the best hazard-setter in the game. he basically is a giant wall that only is knocked down by a fire move. Stealth rock and spikes are there for obvious reasons, and gyro ball and power whip are there to hit anything that switches in. it has surprisingly swept rain teams on multiple occasions.

Garchomp@Leftovers
Jolly nature
EV's: 252 ATT 252 SPE 4 HP
Earthquake
Stone edge
Dragon claw
Swords dance
Garchomp is one of my many setup sweepers, and he is extremely effective at completing that task. Even after just 1 swords dance, he hits like a nuke. I chose regular garchomp over mega, because I dislike the speed reduction on mega. Garchomp is easily taken down by an ice move, and he relies on out speeding them to take them out. His moves are straightforward, EQ and Dragon claw for
STAB, stone edge for coverage.

Gengar@Black sludge
Timid nature
EV's: 252 SPA 252 SPE 4 HP
Shadow ball
Substitute
Disable
Sludge bomb
I basically have a gengar on all my teams. He's my favorite pokemon, if u couldn't tell from my profile pic. anyways, before everyone goes on saying about how I should have focus blast instead of sludge bomb, I only have sludge bomb because fairies are too goddamn annoying to not have sludge bomb. otherwise, it's just a basic gengar sub+disable set.

Alakazam@Alakazite
Timid nature
EV's: 252 SPA 252 SPE 4 HP
Psyshock
Calm mind
Dazzling gleam
Focus blast
I absolutely love Mega Alakazam. IMHO, it's the best OU mega they added. The strategy with this one is easy, switch in on something I can wall, and then calm mind and proceed to sweep. After only 1 calm mind Alakazam is lethal, his speed combined with boosted special attack is absolutely ludicrous.

Greninja@Life Orb
Modest nature
EV's: 252 SPA 252 SPE, 4 HP
Ice beam
HP grass
Surf
Dark pulse
One word for this guy, protean. He is godly because of that ability. Free STAB on any move is great, and the type change allows me to use his weaknesses to my advantage. HP grass is for when people always switch in to rotom wash or some water type and they get screwed. Surf and dark pulse for coverage, ice beam for grass types and dragons.

Tyranitar@Choice Scarf
Superpower
Stone edge
Crunch
Ice punch
Tyranitar is a monster, especially with a scarf. It is always surprising for people when they think their garchomp or Scrafty can just walk through him, and get OHKO'ed. Stone edge crunch for STAB, Superpower and ice punch for coverage.

Thank you and any tips are always appreciated!
