Im here, your friendly ogre with my first rmt. Its a work in progress but it has worked for me so far. The main theme of this team is to get speed to one of the three sweepers i have, it i mainly use rampardos. most are just for support in killing threats. At a glance...

timid-leftovers
136 HP 156 Def 216 Spe
rapid spin
surf
recover
thunderbolt

My favorite rapid spinner. I use this as fodder for statuses, rapid spining. Also my main counter to heatran, being able to survive all his fire attacks, and ko with surf, also usefull for gyarados but not a fan of dd eqs. A nessisity to this team so i can bring in rampardos and still be able to attack and live a hit with the focus sash.

On a team that utilizes Ninjask, you need to have a reliable counter for Scizor and priority users in general. That should be one of your top priorities as otherwise Ninjask will never get to pass his boosts to another Pokemon. The rest of your team all has problems with Scizor, and using a Choice Specs Alakazam is just begging for a free Pursuit kill by CB Zor. SD Scizor can easily set up on Starmie due to the fact that most Scizor's are running Special Defense EV's. Scizor also kills your Rampardos and Azelf with Bullet Punch. Azelf will most likely have lost his Focus Sash by the time Scizor shows up which means your Azelf will be dead by the time you can use Flamethrower. I would do away with Alakazam on this team completely, and replace it instead with a defensive Zapdos. To be honest, Alakazam is not to effective in the current metagame. Every offensive team has at least one Pokemon that carries a priority move meaning Alakazam will not be lasting too long thanks to its horrible defensive stats. Scizor is everywhere and easily kills Alakazam and most teams have at least one Pokemon with Choice Scarf meaning that they will be faster than Alakazam and Alakazam will most likely die. So most teams will likely have little trouble with Alakazam. Zapdos will help you combat Scizor and Lucario, both of which give your team some problems.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Nature:Bold
EV's:252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
Ability: Pressure
- Discharge
- Heat Wave
- HP Grass
- Roost

I feel this Zapdos would fit in onto this team much better in place of your Alakazam. Not only will it help you with Scizor a lot more, it will also lessen your Lucario weakness to an extent. Both Scizor and Lucario take high damage from Heat Wave. Discharge is useful in spreading around some paralysis to allow Ninjask an oppurtunity to set up easier. HP Grass is helpful for the big hit on Swampert. Zapdos has good synergy with Starmie. Since Zapdos is weak to Ice, Starmie takes those Ice attacks aimed at Zapdos thanks to his resistance to that type. Zapdos takes those Grass and Electric attacks aimed at Starmie considerably well. In addition to that, Zapdos has amazing synergy with Hariyama. Hariyama takes those Rock and Ice attacks aimed at Zapdos while Zapdos takes the Flying attacks aimed at Hariyama.

Now, aside from your Scizor weakness, Tyranitar kills 5/6 Pokemon on your team. Tyranitar can come in trap and kill Azelf with Pursuit. Tyranitar can also come into Alakazam locked on Psychic and kill it off with Pursuit and Tyranitar can also trap and kill Starmie due to the fact that Tyranitar can survive a Surf from Starmie. Overall, your team has an extreme weakness to Ghost, Bug and Dark attacks meaning that Pokemon like Tyranitar and Scizor have a field day with this team. To help solve this rather daunting problem, I suggest using Scizor in place of Rampardos. Rampardos will most likely die as soon as you Baton Pass from Ninjask thanks to its horrible defenses and even if you have Focus sash, the opposing team will most likely carry a Pokemon that has a Priority move to finish off Rampardos. Scizor will give you a resistance to Dark, Bug and Ghost attacks which your team is weak too. Scizor also enjoys recieving Speed boosts from Ninjask and has an easier time switching in thanks to Scizor's excellent durability. Not only that, but Scizor also adds a priority move in the form of Bullet Punch for your team and is capable of sweeping on its own without Speed boost from Ninjask. Scizor also provides you with a great Tyranitar counter. I suggest running a set of Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Superpower, Roost with an Adamant nature. Superpower allows you to hit opposing Steel types such as Heatran, Skarmory and Bronzong who wall you without a Fighting type move. Bullet Punch is there just in case you do not get to pass the boost from Ninjask. Swords Dance allows Scizor to raise his Attack to excellent levels and Roost prolongs Scizor's survivability. Scizor will enjoy some added bulk since it is really your only Steel-type that you can count on being around in the mid game. Try a spread of 200 HP / 252 Atk / 56 Spe. Just in case you do not recieve the Speed boosts from Ninjask, Scizor will be able to outspeed Skarmory, Metagross, and CB Ttar. That EV spread will also help you take hits from Latias allowing you to Pursuit it. If you would like a Scizor that is more specially defensively oriented that is more suited switching into opposing Latias and Gengar to Pursuit them, try a set with 24 HP / 252 Atk / 176 SpD / 56 Spe. With the Special defense EV's, you will be able to take Special Attacks with ease allowing you to set up a couple of Swords Dances to prepare for an sweep. With those Special Defense EV's, Scizor can also set up on bulky Waters such as Vaporeon and Starmie quite effectively.

To be honest, I do not see how effective Ninjask is on your team. Ninjask almost always will lose against a Pokemon carrying Roar/Whirlwind. Loses to anything carrying a priority move and anything with Taunt. Scizor is the most common Pokemon in OU and can destroy it with Bullet Punch. I think you will be better off using a revenge killer such as Heatran with Choice Scarf. Heatran will help you further with your Lucario and Scizor weakness because of Heatran's ability to outspeed and OHKO both with Fire Blast. In addition to that, Heatran also has great synergy with Scizor as it takes the fire attacks aimed at it. Heatran also has good synergy with Starmie as Starmie takes those Water attacks aimed at Heatran while Heatran takes the Grass atacks aimed at Starmie. Use Fire Blast, Earth Power, Dragon Pulse, Explosion with 252 Spe/252SpA/6HP with a Tmid Nature. Fire Blast is for a strong STAB move, Earth Power is to kill opposing Heatran, Dragon Pulse is for Latias switch ins and Kingdra and Salamence. Explosion is to get a kill on Blissey allowing Zapdos to have an easier time sweeping once Blissey is gone.

Good Luck.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
