The Lead

142.png

Aerodactyl
@ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Rockslide
Taunt
Fire Blast
Stealth Rock

Well, someone confused me to use Stealth Rock after going through 5 teams without it. Well, after few tests, Aerodactyl seems to be the best one for the job.
With Focus Sash, it garuntees a Stealth Rock for me and it lets me Taunt the lead Stealth Rockers early. Fire Blast for Steel leads.

The Physical Sweeper

286.png

Breloom
@ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Spore
Mach Punch
Seed Bomb
Bulk Up

I got sick of using Scizor, so Breloom was my next choice. Breloom seems very slow so I didn't think it'll be something good to rely on 252 Spd.. I thought of using Choice Scarf, but that's a big hit for not using Toxic Orb..
I think Bulk Up does it's job. I don't need speed either while having Mach Punch.

The Dragon Dancer

248.png

Tyranitar
@ Leftovers (That Ground Berry?)
Ability: Sand Stream
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SDef
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Crunch
Taunt

Although Salamence was a good DDer, Tyranitar is more bulky so I'm just taking advantage of his bulkyness with the EVs to DD. I have no idea why I'm using this set though but so far, it's been working very well.

The Phazer

260.png

Swampert
@ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SAtk
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Surf
Roar

Since Aerodactyl garuntees me a Stealth Rock, I think it's pointless to waste it on Swampert, so Roar it is. So far, Swampert has been great and if something's in it's way, here's where Roar comes into place.

The ..Calm Mind Sweeper?

385.png

Jirachi
@ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Calm Mind
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Substitute

I think Jirachi is the best part of this team. It's hard to take this one out unless a faster Physical Sweeper didn't get knocked out after breaking a Substitute. Then again, there are phazers..

The Special Sweeper

487.png

Azelf
@ Expert Belt
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Nasty Plot
Psychic
Flamethrower
Grass Knot

Apparently this is my counter for phazers.. well, mostly Steel and Water ones.. I prefer Expert Belt because it's already taking much from Stealth Rock and Sand Stream.. Eitherway, it's been working very well.

Any suggestion would be welcomed. HOWEVER! please don't suggest Latias.. I think it was a bad idea getting her in OU in the first place and I don't want to go against that.. =/

My first piece of advice is for Aerodactyl which is to drop Fire Blast and run Earthquake instead; it causes more damage against those common Steel leads like Metagross and Jirachi. Bronzong is somewhat common nowadays but definitely not as common as the latter Steel Pokemon, and 4 SAtk Aerodactyl's Fire Blast only causes 25.74% - 30.47% damage against a Sassy 92 SpD / 252 HP Bronzong (standard lead Zong) which is another reason why Earthquake is better used in that spot even though Bronzong resists it since most of them are using Levitate. I'm assuming you're using Rock Slide instead of Stone Edge for flinching purposes which is fine, but that extra power in Stone Edge can be helpful. Also go with a Jolly nature instead of Naive and move those extra 4 EV's from Special Attack to HP I guess but it doesn't matter too much where you put them. Ok on Breloom it looks good but just one minor change is needed. Take 4 EV's from HP and add them to Speed; this allows you to outspeed minimum Speed negative nature Skarmory which enables Breloom to Spore him in time before he can cause any damage. Tyranitar isn't going to perform greatly as a Dragon Dancer if he isn't running a certain amount of Speed; your EV spread is too defensive. Go ahead and change to 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe. This allows you to reach 332 Speed after a DD enough to outspeed threats like Modest Starmie along with a few others. I also want you to drop Taunt and run Fire Punch instead. This way you'll be able to stop two Pokemon that completely shuts all DD Tars down; Scizor with his Bullet Punches and Bronzong with his Gyro Ball's. I don't see anything wrong with Swampert but if you're particularly having any problems with him be sure to tell me and I'll be sure to sort that out for you. ;D Moving along with your last two Pokemon they seem a bit redundant in their roles. They're both special sweepers and they function a lot similarly. As such I want to go ahead and replace Azelf with a NP MixApe:

Infernape @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 64 Atk / 252 SAtk / 192 Spe
Naive Nature (+Spe, -SDef)
~ Nasty Plot
~ Fire Blast / Flamethrower
~ Close Combat
~ Grass Knot / Hidden Power Ice

Alright this set is a lot similar to what you were using Azelf for which was being a Nasty Plot sweeper, but one of the more notable differences is that you got Close Combat which effectively takes care of Blissey/Heatran/Tyranitar. As there are accuracy freaks around, Flamethrower can be used instead of Fire Blast if you're worried about the attack not landing. The last slot is up to whether you want to have a way to deal with Swampert by Grass Knot or you want to OHKO Dragons/Gliscor with HP Ice.

Good luck with your team.

I recommend that you take Solidus' advice on Aerodactyl and Breloom. On tyranitar change the nature to jolly and have 252 atk/spe 6 hp to outspeed modest starmie after 1 DD. You may want to change taunt for fire punch/ice beam fire punch ohko's scizor and does alot of damage to skarmory and bronzong, but ice beam ohko's gliscor(with life orb) who can be very problematic for tyranitar. Swampert is standard, you should probably change one of your last 2 pokes for a wall breaker. Either a mixape like Solidus said or a Mixnite:
Dragonite@ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
Evs: 112 atk 200 spA 196 spe
Nature: Rash(+spA - spD)
Superpower
Draco Meteor
Fire Blast
Roost/Thunderbolt

This set deals with Blissey,Tyranitar,Heatran,Hippowdon,Swampert,Bronzong, and Skarmory. You may want to opt for thunderbolt to take care of gyrados but I think you'll find the healing from roost more effective. Hope what I recommended helps and good luck with your team ^_^.
