A Team that needs Uber amounts of help

This is my first shot at an Uber team. Any sort of help would be helpful, but please don't nag my team because this is my first time in the Uber tier.

Team

kyogre.png

Nessie:Kyorge:Timid:Choice Scarf
4 hp, 252 speed, 252 special attack
Ice Beam
Surf
Thunder
Water Spout

My lead. This thing is amazing, and it stops all regular leads. With Drizzle, Water Spout, and Thunder this thing hits hard. Ice Beam is there for coverage.

giratina.png

The Death of Souls:Giratina:Calm:Leftovers
252 hp, 12 defense, 244 special defense
Dragon Pulse
Will-O-Wisp
Rest
Sleep Talk

The Best Wall Ever. I changed him to a special variation now that i have Lugia. Will-O-Wisp is there to help on the physical end. Dragon Pulse is there for attacking purposes. Rest and Sleep Talk are there for healing and attacking while sleeping.

rayquaza.png

Black Dragon of Death:Rayquaza:Adamant:Life Orb
252 Attack/216 Speed/32 HP
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Earthquake
Extremespeed

Physical sweeper. After a Dragon Dance, this thing is hard to stop. Outrage hits lots of things hard when combined with STAB, and Earthquake and Extremespeed are for type coverage and priority respectively.

dialga.png

Rawr:Dialga:Quiet:Expert Belt
120 HP/136 Attack/252 Special Attack
Draco Meteor
Earth Power
Outrage
Thunder

Bulky mixed sweeper. Good for any time in the game as a wall breaker. Outrage and Draco Meteor are for Dragon STAB on both sides of the attacking spectrum. Thunder is for Lugia and Kyogre, and Earth Power is for other Dialgas and steel types.

palkia.png

Michael Jackson:Palkia:Choice Scarf:Hasty
4 hp, 252 special attack, 252 speed
Surf
Thunder
Spacial Rend
Fire Blast

My new special sweeper. With this nature and speed, palika outpaces Rayquaza after a Dragon Dance. Surf and Spacial Rend are for STAB, Thunder and Fire Blast are there for the Dual Weather coverage.

lugia.png

Beast of the Sea:Lugia:Leftovers:Bold
252 hp, 52 defense, 204 speed
Roost
Reflect
Ice Beam
Toxic

My new physical wall. Lugia has its merits over Giratina, due to Roost. Reflect helps its physical walling powers, Ice Beam helps against Dragons and is my only attacking move. Toxic is there for stalling purposes.

Thanks for reading, please comment if you think I need any help.

Shedinja dies to rocks/spikes/toxic spikes damage if it switches in while they are up. If you're going to use Shedinja, you need to have a spinner to clear the hazards once the opponent's spiker is dead.

I get that what I meant was that he needed to say what spinner not just tell me I needed a spinner. When you rate a team you have to tell what pokemon to use and why.

I recommend Deoxys-D. He takes hits like a champ and can set up Rocks himself. I'm not sure what to recommend it over, though. I'm skeptical of how much use you can get out of Manaphy, especially if your Kyogre dies.

Your opponent may also be carrying T-Tar, which can really screw you up, as it not only shuts of Manaphy's recovery, but wrecks the Shedinja strategy fairly soundly at no cost to your opponent.

First thing I noticed is that Specs Ogre's Water Spout 2HKOes everything in your team but Shedinja. You mentioned Sheddy is "late game", but if you're forced to send Sheddy in early, that's not so late game at all. I'm not sure if I should recommend this, as very, very few have tried, but running a Special Defensive Giratina is -just- enough to turn Water Spout into a 3HKO (50% max damage; beware of Stealth Rock).

Now swapping in Kyogre may be tough against your team, but be prepared as it can swap into Manaphy or your wn Kyogre.

I'll leave the Pokemon replacing comments to later in the post.

Okay, now that's out for now, your team really has to hang on to Sheddy to survive against Dragon attacks. Stealth Rock is extremely common and thus ends Shedinja, and things like Palkia can just spam Spacial Rend. Speaking of Dragons, certain dragons don't lock themselves and may pack a move to bust through Shedinja, most commonly a Fire type move. Palkia sometimes carries Fire Blast, and it will snap Shedinja into pieces, and thus it can't switch in at all, while everything else hates Spacial Rend. Manaphy can stall Spacial Rend out, but only if it's lucky. The Speed tie against Manaphy will really benefit Palkia. In an instance where Manaphy spams Rest in order to stall out Spacial Rend's PP, Palkia can be slower than Manaphy on one turn and Spacial Rend AFTER the Rest, cutting ~60% of Manaphy's HP away, and then faster on the next turn, KOing it. Oh and let's not forget Palkia can have Thunder as well.

Rayquaza is very unforgiving towards your team. Should it receive a chance to swap into Kyogre, it will Dragon Dance and horrifyingly murder everything with Outrage. Except for Shedinja, who dies to SR and certainly hates Overheat.

I was going to say you're weak to Mewtwo but then again Manaphy takes a pathetic base 20 from Grass Knot. Then again, Thunder will still bust through Manaphy

Lati@s just decimates your team. Do I need to mention why?

So it looks like your team needs a bit of revamp. First step is to either get a Spinner (Forry), or toss Shedinja. In here we shall eliminate an option. If you decide to go with Forry (which I don't recommend as Rapid Spin can still be blocked by Ghosts (Giratina, Giratina-O), I recommend Light Screen as otherwise Forry will just be a set up bait for Giratina-O, who will get a free kill against your team pretty easily otherwise (Dialga is like 2HKOed by Pulse after SR, Rayquaza is OHKOed, Giratina is 2HKOed, Manaphy and Kyogre fall to Thunder). Forry will provide your team with a Dragon resist (not reliable though).

However, adding Forry leaves you as prey to Mewtwo (4 attack variant), and Palkia still owns your team.

So I sugggest we move on.

Let's replace Sheddy with Palkia. Palkia will cover Kyogre to an extent. This is where you replace Manaphy, who doesn't seem like it's going to do much, to something else.

At this point it becomes really tough to cover Palkia, Mewtwo, Rayquaza and Lati@s at the same time. They all have one common denominator and that's Dragon. But who could you replace it with? Lugia? Lugia covers Palkia, Rayquaza...

I'd rather not go in depth.

Kyogre, Rayquaza, Palkia (Scarf), Lugia, Dialga, Scizor

Something like that would work. Groudon could work over Dialga for weather purposes. You might want to make it a Rest/Talker unless you don't care about DVoid much.

Make Kyogre Timid if you're using Scarf

First things first. Stealth Rock is insanely popular in every tier, with ubers being no exception. And having a Rapid Spinner wastes your time and is easily walled by Giratina. So my advice would be to drop Shedinja altogether.
You say you need him to stop Dragon attacks? I have been using this (see my Uber RMT) with great success, it competently deals with anything locked into Outrage, and even better if you predict an Outrage coming rather than switching in once it is used.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/40 Def/216 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Wish
- U-turn
- Toxic
- Protect

Comes in on Outrages, but the EVs are so to favor Jirachi in the predominantly Special Uber metagame, allowing it to take Draco Meteor's and Thunder's quite nicely. It functions well for many roles. Coming in on an Outraging Garchomp or Rayquaza (or any one of a number of others) it uses Toxic on the first turn, and proceeds to stall with Wish and Protect. Having a Wish passer also revives your tired sweepers. Jirachi, needless to say, loves the Rain because it effectively renders his Fire weakness null and void. Wish passing will greatly benefit your Kyogre, not only keeping it alive but repowering Water Spout to great strength.
And not only all this, Jirachi easily counters Giratina and Lugia and keeps them from walling your team. Giratina can only use Will-o-Wisp, which Jirachi can easily Wish away, and Lugia cannot do much but Whirlwind or set up screens, neither of which makes it last any longer.
And notably, a common switch in to Jirachi is Garchomp, and also Groudon, both of whom will hate to be poisoned, and this combined with good prediction can easily spell the death of their sweeper.
I find myself not using U-turn very often. If you would prefer switching it with Thunder and switching to a Calm (I believe that is +SDef, -Atk) nature, then you may abuse Serene Grace and the rain Kyogre provides.
I think that replacing Shedinja with this Rachi will benefit you greatly, almost giving you an extra slot, and also have great synergy with your team.

Also, I might consider replacing Manaphy with a Latias to add Special bulkiness to your team along with Giratina, but considering Manaphy synergizes with Kyogre and that this Rachi adds a considerable amount of bulk, notably with a Dragon resist, you may find your current setup to be at an advantage.

Please let me know if this was helpful.

EDIT: to the below post by Jibaku

Well, Dragon pulse is Not Very Effective (did you mean Shadow Ball?), and Jirachi should be able to Toxic stall it out, considering its moveset and EVs. It's possible that Giratina could CM while Jirachi stalls and then defeat it, but I have found CM Giratina to be uncommon and at least have not had the problem in my own rather limited experience.
I haven't yet encountered Giratina-O with Jirachi, so your point there is an extremely valid concern.
But lol, after a U-turn you switch out to something else so dont worry about breaking the sub with U-turn.
Anyway, works well for everything listed other than Giratina, and against all non-Sub/CM Giratina as well.

And not only all this, Jirachi easily counters Giratina
Well technically it doesn't counter Giratina as Gira can CM up in its face, then firing off Dragon Pulses for massive damage. Same goes for Gira-O who will Sub in front of it and CM all day as U-turn takes a million years to break the Sub.

I think the Jirachi set could help you, but since you replaced the Shedinja with a Lugia, I'm not sure who you would replace. I think Lugia's EV spread could do some changing... you could probably switch the Defense and HP evs around a bit, that way you have a physical wall. Otherwise, good team. :D

Actually let me make it clearer-you don't have to use Calm on Giratina if you're already using Palkia. Because Palkia takes the Spouts already so that special defensive bulk might not be so needed.

You might as well replace Giratina as a whole. You need something to wipe Latias away:
Blissey (Beware of Refresh), Tyranitar, Scizor (beware of Thunder!), Jirachi (beware of Refresh, and Thunder could penetrate Protect 30% of the time in the rain so beware of that too).

For Lugia, an option is to use Timid nature ith 334 Speed for Garchomp and Palkia. Mess around with HP and Defense EVs to find which one suits you best.

Then there's option #2, which is dropping the Speed in favor of Defense. I say your team handles SDRay well enough, but DDRay could still manage to snag in a free kill, so you can completely prevent that with a very bulky, slow Lugia.

The old 252/204/52 spread isn't worth it in this metagame anymore methinks.
