I worked on this really really hard, and I finally figured out a team that has NO MAJOR WEAKNESSES. That means I don't have an Infernape and a Gliscor (both weak to water). Check it out!

I Will-O-Wisp any physical sweepers (Garchomp, Salamence, etc.) Pain Split for Dusknoirs pitiful HP and recovery. Shadow Sneak for anything that's weak to it, plus a first strike move. ThunderPunch for Gyarados or anything else weak to electric. He's typically my starter.

My mixer. He lasts pretty long with Damp Rock... so his Speed is pretty high after a Rain Dance. Waterfall takes care of Blissey, Ice Beam takes care of Mence/Chomp, Dragon Pulse takes care of anything that isn't taken down by the first two.

I Heal Bell if anyone on my team is afflicted with a status. Body Slam for reliable STAB, Scrappy lets it hit ghosts. Earthquake hits anything that doesn't resist it, and then some. Milk Drink for easy recovery. Main strategy for Miltank: Heal Bell, then get the hell out.
Throughout the entire team, my only weaknesses are:
Dusknoir: Ghost/Dark
Swampert: Grass
Bronzong: Fire
Electivire: Ground
Kingdra: Dragon
Miltank: Fighting
