A strange lead, but he is often a big surprise to opponents. He doesn't need full speed to beat a lot of the common leads at all. The hp really does help him in his hope to live and fight another day. Cloud nine makes surf a one hit ko on tyranitar.
Weavile@life orb
evs: 252 speed 252 attack, 6 hp
jolly

-swords dance
-brick break
Works well with the team in my opinion
dragonite@lum berry

adamant
-outrage
-dragon dance
-substitute
-focus punch
He comes in on somthing like a choice banded earthquake or something he can beat. He scares it off and on that turn substitutes. Then he either dragon dances and outrages for a crazy sweep, or focus punches. Lum berry is for those annoying sleepers or will-o-wispers who waste a turn doing it while he subs and then potentially wrecks their team.

Spinner. I like him over other spinners because he can take hits from both special and physical attacks very well. Toxic is so he can actually do damage.

He helps blastoise out with blocking physical hits. He helps my team beat those big bulky pokemon such as snorlax, swampert, suicune, and blissey.

My only stealth rocker. His great defenses let him screw around with things.
