A try to ToxicTeam ( new to pokemon battle)

I'm pretty new to online battle and that's why i need opinion of pokemon master u are :). here is my team for now:

Tyranitar @ Focus sash
Trait: sand stream
EVs:4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
relaxed nature
-Crunch
-fire blast
-ice beam, rock slide, earthquake ( wich one :O)
-stealth rock

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 224 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Protect
- Earthquake
- Toxic

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- softboiled

- Seismic Toss

Scizor @ scizorite
Trait: technician
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spd
Naughty Nature
- Bullet Punch

- Sword Dance
- U-turn (he has that for the moment but i'm pretty sure ill change it)

Reuniclus @ life orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 192 HP / 64 Def / 252 SpA
Serious Nature ( I know, useless but im not that addict to perfection xD)

- shadow ball, recover ( or a calm mind set )

Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Trait:Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD ( maybe ill put some SpA in but i need your feedback first)

- Ice Beam, Earthquake

It's pretty much that, tell me if any pokemon would fit more in my team and any suggestions will be appreciated, thank you.

I like the team I don't see mega Scizor to much out of all the mega but I do have some suggestions.

For Gliscor run straight defense and HP on Gliscor.With that It can take a ice punch From a MEGA LUCARIO which is insane if I might add.

For Scizor Changing U-Turn would be very helpful I mean there is no point of switching when you have a stat boosts run X-Scissor or even Bug bite I forgot of to gets a technican boost do the calc on that and see which one is better just don't use U-Turn

If you change the Gliscor set you can remove Gastro and replace is with a sweep like a scarfed Garchomp or a normal Landorus
