It was a late night at the Marriland forums. I had signed up for a tournament, and the creator asked me to complete my battle with my opponent. Since there was nothing else to do, I decided to try to complete it. I contacted my opponent, Squirtle_Masta, and I prepared myself for the battle, assembling my team. I knew it would be a tough opponent, as he was a “Marriland Donor”, which is similar to getting a badge over here at Smogon. I knew my opponent would be intelligent, but I didn’t know it would be such a great match.
I did record this and put it on Youtube. The reason I made this battle into a warstory was because nobody understood the meaning of each move, unless someone is there to explain it. So this is basically me explaining the battle… In style. :D

This took place over Wifi. It took me a while to type this whole thing up, starting from scratch- I didn't have the match set out for me like in Shoddy Battle. Therefore, please don't flame. We're all civilized humans right? :D
Also, every one of our Pokemon have Leftovers unless indicated otherwise.
And I realize how the game ended wasn't the best, but it was a pretty good battle, and I think it was good enough to warstory.

However, it’s even worse if it’s Choice Banded, as I am just realizing how weak this team is to CBRaptor. Another thing I have to fix… Luckily a new member of my team will help me fight this crazy bird.

Great, HP Ice. Another way to ruin my day. -_- Right here, I was stuck on what move to do. Close Combat was the obvious choice, but on another hand not so obvious. On top of that, my only safe switch in on Gengar is gone, so this Hypnosis is huge. I have to play this very carefully.
