Hisuian Goodra is one of the biggest winners in the Alphabet Cup soup, picking up much-appreciated recovery and utility moves from Sliggoo’s simply silly slew of S-moves; additionally, Sap Sipper takes on new importance due to the prevalence of Strength Sap, letting Hisuian Goodra block recovery attempts and gain a nifty Attack boost in the process. Hisuian Goodra already possesses amazing bulk and defensive typing, and now shores the combination up with Shore Up, making it the tier’s premier special wall. Alphabet Cup Hisuian Goodra is far from passive, however, as it can bop foes like Enamorus with Gigaton Hammer, phaze problematic Torch Song users like Hisuian Typhlosion with Dragon Tail, and provide excellent team support with one of Knock Off or Stone Axe. Powerful attackers like Close Combat Cinderace and Glaive Rush Garchomp love being able to avoid their revenge killers by falling back on Hisuian Goodra’s excellent bulk, and they don’t mind the entry hazards it can set. Hisuian Goodra struggles with the plethora of powerful Fighting-types like Iron Valiant and Paldean Tauros-F, so Toxapex (which now gets Teleport and Mortal Spin) is an excellent partner.

Sure I guess.
I don't really know how QCs work, but anyways some small criticisms I have are "Hisuin Thyplosion" and how Zamazenta kinda isn't viable. You could maybe replace it with Tauros-Paldea-Fire or something.

Oh yeah, Sap Sipper is important for Goodra-Hisui because it can block Strength Sap, which is extremely powerful in Alphabet Cup.
