He's most likely making this for 3v3, sadly I don't have any idea on how that is played so I'll just give advice on movesets. Umm no expert Belt, the boost from Liechi berry while in Trick Room will provide excellent sweeping, Crunch over Return. For Lunatone use Ice Beam. Quagsire wants more Defense that Attack btw especially since you have curse. Relaxed and Max Def and Hp. Three grass weaks are not good at all. remove some sp.att from Lunatone in place of Sp.def at least. As a last word, I hope you're not a troll.
