About Uber Sand Stream team

Is it possible to use Sand Stream team in Uber Metagame (Obviously SS provide by TTar) Because i really love TTar and its Sand Stream since it negates leftover recovery and might be good for stalling or offensive team. If it is possible can you guys show the example?? Two think i can think of is to add Dialga to couner Kyogre and Metagross to counter Rayqauza.
 
You can just make a regular uber team with Tyranitar. You don't need all of your Pokemon to be immune to SS to use Tyranitar even in OU, and this is even more true in ubers where you can use Kyogre or Groudon (or both!) to even further limit the potential downside.
