Abusing Sticky Web

I just got into competitive battling a couple of months ago and have gotten completely hooked on it. My favorite thing to do on showdown (and what has worked the best) is completely abuse sticky web.

For starters I needed a sticky web user and my favorite by far is Galvantula. It sets my webs up, then volt switches out while doing decent damage to whatever comes in:

StickyMess (Galvantula) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Thunder
- Sticky Web
- Bug Buzz
- Volt Switch

Next I wanted to find the best abuser of the precious webs which in my opinion is Kyreum-Black. I run a very fast mixed set that out speeds up to max 130s with webs up and, almost always has a super-effective move and when not, a nasty STAB D-claw:

The Beast (Kyurem-Black) @ Life Orb
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 96 Atk / 160 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Fusion Bolt
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Dragon Claw

Next I needed a bulky pivot, so being the in-original person I am I chose standard Rotom-W:

Washington (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 76 SDef / 180 Def
Calm Nature
- Pain Split
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp

Next I wanted a bulky physical wall breaker that would OHKO the likes of blissey, chansey, and gliscor, and AV Conkeldurr fits the build, which with this spread can survive a life orb Latios psychic and hit it hard with Knock Off:

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off

Next I wanted a physical wall that can get rid of hazards and then set them up for myself so I chose Skarm, however I'm thinking switching to defensive Donphan do that I don't get rid of my sticky webs as well and can still phaze like Skarm, anyway
this is my current set:

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 232 Def / 252 HP / 24 Spd
Bold Nature
- Roost
- Defog
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind

For me mega I wanted to try something new, and my buddy told me about this amazing mixed Charizard-Y. Honestly I was skeptical at first but fare a few games I instantly fell in love:

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 192 Atk / 112 SAtk / 204 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Flamethrower
- Dragon Dance
- Solar Beam
- Earthquake

Anyway if you're still here thank you for reviewing my team, any and all feedback is welcome :P

I think that the switch from Skarmory to a Rapid Spinner definitely makes sense for a Sticky Web team but Donphan is terribly outclassed by Excadrill. Here's a set that I like:
Excadrill @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
