Pending add a command or a button on the main page of PS! to have to usage stats

I wanted to build some teams and get info directly on PS ( correct me if I'm wrong) but I did not noticed a buttom to have access to this website https://www.smogon.com/stats/

is it possible to make a command on bots or create a button (or both) to have access to usage stats?
